only simulation game where I could fly Mi-24s over Afghan skies. I enjoy listening to the Soviet war tracks while flying over dangerous mountains trying to save friendly forces

I don't know what's up with the negative reviews for this game. I think people were expecting more out of it than it is. It plays like a simple low graphic(but not too low), arcade style shooter that does a good job at mimicking an ongoing war simulation. A large variety of helicopters to choose from, with the relevant missions associated with combat helicopters. I haven't played it much yet, but I can already tell it's way more than the simple old school "STRIKE" helicopter clone I was looking for. It's not complicated, but it has plenty of uncomplicated variation. Like I said, it's more than I was expecting to find when I went looking for something that was similar to any of the <InsertYourFavHere>Strike games of yore..

This is one of the best games I've ever played in my 30+ years of gaming. But it feels unfinished. Its so sad that the content is so limited. It really needs expanding. You can play it with a mouse an keyboard or with a full joystick setup. And it feels amazing. Its a super challenging sim and arcade at the same time. You can focus on shooting, or just be a ferry under heavy fire. Really fun on the rare occasion you can find someone to play with. So much wasted potential here. Nothing else comes close to the feel of this game.

really enjoy the game, love the old school vibes from games like chopper lift and Desert strike and jungle strike this game is VERY underrated indeed can get pretty wild in games alone or with a good team
