i got the game on sale ive played it for close to ten hours now in small 30 min intervals on my lunch breaks and so far im enjoying it alot. strong doom vibes it has enough content that brings me back and i have no complaints at all some extra tracks in the sound track would be kick ass this is a good game and i can see its updated frquently and has some good content its been one of the few games ive been able to reconmend in a while i found myself talking alot about it at work and amongst clients
This game is like a hidden gem for horde shooters and rougelikes. The mechanics feel satisfying when you get the right build going on. But there is a few problems with the game such as the shotgun basically being the only useful gun, and other weapons being useless unless you level them up. Besides that though, I'm excited to see future updates for this game and continue to play.
WHAT A GREAT GAME! Heavily inspired by DOOM in all the right ways. FPS meets vampire survivors formula. Looks great Runs great (for me at least) Shooting is great and the guns are fun. Levels are well designed and have a great look to them. Progression is grindy but that's part of the appeal for this type of game 4 different levels. The maps expand as you survive. Which opens up new routes to kite enemies into or break lines of site. Weapons are mostly really enjoyable and pack a punch. They can be upgraded with xp and crystals dropped by defeating bosses. Skills are fun and synergize well. And you can get cards which combine two different effects such as "shock" and "inferno" create "plasma". Not a whole heck of alot of them but what's there is fun. Movement if fun. Dashing gives you i-frames. Plus you can get cards that attach damage to them. Such as dashing through enemies applies "blight" or "shock". Well done Devs! Hat's off to you gents. This has been a perfect game for me.
