ITTA is hands down one of the best bullet hell game's I played in a long time! It's a short, not too punishing experience, revolving around death, regret and afterlife. While vague at times and leaving a lot of interpretation to the player, it felt like quite a liberating experience by the end. Played exclusively on the oled deck and it was an absolute blast. Combat was tight and despite not being the biggest fan of the bullet-hell genre the dodge roll was quick and very generous regarding its iframes. Zero issues overall. It scaled perfectly (despite it's steam deck status) and just looked jawdropping at times, I highly recommend that you play it this way if you're privileged enough to own a deck! Highly recommended. This can only be summed up as to what playing armor games, felt to me as a kid haha!

ITTA is a melancholic, dreamlike bullet-hell adventure that stands out not because it reinvents action combat, but because it anchors that combat in a world steeped in grief, quiet beauty, and surreal mystery. Developed by Glass Revolver and published by Armor Games Studios, it blends a minimalist narrative with boss-rush structure, creating an experience that feels equal parts meditative and harrowing. You play as Itta, a young girl who awakens amid the corpses of her family, accompanied only by the ghostly form of her cat and a revolver given to her by an otherworldly presence. This understated, haunting beginning sets the emotional tone for a journey defined by fragile resilience rather than conventional heroism. Exploration forms a gentle counterpoint to the game’s fierce combat encounters. The world, often referred to as “the Garden,” unfolds as a patchwork of desolate plains, abandoned shrines, and ethereal landscapes dotted with strange inhabitants. Many of these characters are somber reflections of loss, regret, or self-imposed isolation, and interacting with them adds texture to Itta’s journey without overwhelming it with exposition. The storytelling favors implication over explanation, allowing players to piece together the meaning behind cryptic messages, fragmented memories, and the quiet sadness permeating every region. These atmospheric stretches give breathing room between the tense boss fights, allowing the world itself to linger in your thoughts. The heart of the gameplay lies in its succession of boss battles—intense, fast-paced encounters that demand careful movement and sharp observation. ITTA uses twin-stick shooting mechanics, giving you full freedom to dodge floods of projectiles while returning fire from all directions. Each boss has its own personality and attack patterns, and learning those rhythms becomes the key to survival. While the game offers different weapons to swap between, the real variety comes from the bosses themselves, some of whom fill the screen with dense bullet spirals while others rely on sudden shifts and aggressive charges. Difficulty is present but flexible, thanks to optional accessibility settings such as invincibility or increased damage, making the experience approachable without diminishing its emotional weight. The audiovisual presentation enhances every moment. The pixel-art aesthetic is minimalist but striking, using stark contrasts, soft lighting, and subtle animation to convey both desolation and quiet beauty. Environments feel handcrafted, their simplicity inviting reflection rather than distraction. The soundtrack is hauntingly atmospheric, relying on ambient tones and sparse melodies that emphasize solitude and contemplation. Rather than pumping adrenaline through heavy beats, the music settles into the background like a soft echo—an artistic choice that aligns with the game’s overall thematic restraint. Each victory feels less like a triumphant conquest and more like a step taken through a world weighed down by sorrow. Despite its many strengths, ITTA is not without limitations. The game is relatively short, and seasoned players may complete it in just a few hours. Its structure—explore a region, fight a boss, move on—remains consistent throughout, which may feel repetitive for those wanting more varied gameplay loops or deeper RPG systems. The minimalist approach that gives the game its emotional resonance can also feel underdeveloped in places, leaving some narrative threads intentionally ambiguous. A handful of performance dips may appear during especially chaotic battles, reminding players of the game’s small-team origins. Yet what ITTA may lack in breadth, it makes up for with purpose and emotional clarity. It is a tightly crafted experience focused on atmosphere, introspection, and the persistence of a small spark of hope in a bleak world. The juxtaposition of tranquil wandering and frantic bullet-hell combat creates a rhythm that stays with you long after the credits roll. This is a game for players who appreciate quiet storytelling, elegant minimalism, and emotional undercurrents woven into demanding action. While it won’t satisfy those seeking deep progression or long campaigns, ITTA shines as a poignant, memorable journey that turns loss into resolve and violence into a strangely poetic form of survival. I enjoyed playing this game. At first glance, it's bright and colorful, but underneath lies a dark, oppressive atmosphere — just what the doctor ordered. The world pulled me in, and I played through it with great interest. Some bosses were tougher than others, but all were beatable with persistence. I had to complete the game multiple times to reach 100%, but it was worth it. Definitely recommended. PS: played entirely on SteamDeck. Had no issues with it.

If u enjoy the bullethell gameplay u will probably enjoy this game. This is a pretty chill short shoot-dodge game, with a fine story and cute pixel art graphics. The only con in this game, it might be too easy due to some odd bullet hitboxes tho.
