Even as someone who's a fan of Jaden Williams I wasn't sure how well this would have turned out but having played through it I'm thoroughly surprised. Despite my qualms with the last sequence of trial and error which hurt the game a bit for me I still thought it was pretty good (especially if this is his first game), it's got great atmosphere and voice acting not to mention the writing is top notch but sadly it's only roughly 40 minutes to an 1 hour long which is fine for most indie games but I feel it's 7.50 price is a bit too much in my opinion especially in comparison to something like Nightmare of Decay which is the same price but offers alot more in terms of gameplay and replay-ability. I'm willing to cut Jaden some slack since this is probably his first game that he's worked on and released. If anyone is interested in playing it then I highly recommend it although if you can get it on while it's on sale. Overall I'm just glad to support Jaden with his game and I'm hoping he plans on making more while improving upon his horror storytelling and gameplay in future.
I absolutely loved this game! The voice acting is amazing, it’s hilarious, and the characters are great. This game really proves that Jaden is capable of making a truly fantastic experience. However, there is one major flaw: the lack of manual dialogue skipping. I know this might not be an issue for native speakers, but as a 'German potato,' I found it incredibly hard to keep up. The dialogue moves way too fast. I tried translating everything live on stream, but it was a real struggle. Please, please let us advance the dialogue at our own pace—it would be a huge help for the next project!
