7/10. Interesting short read, with some philosophical stuff. Otherwise, there's not much tbh.

Another absolute banger from Zhiyi, this sci-fi mystery had me hooked. If you enjoy learning things about space time and quantum physics, then this might be right up your alley lmao I did notice a lot of the soundtrack was carried over from their previous game, Mandemon. Not necessarily a bad thing, as I think they work well in both games, but it is something to note. The music does work wonder in building tension, especially in those tight, unnerving scenes with little light and littler space. Speaking of that, the visuals are absolutely stunning. Even with the character designs not having insane depth due to how they are designed (the designs look similar to something out of Kamaitachi no Yoru 2 and 3), they still happen to be quite expressive with their hand gestures and voice acting. The surroundings are even better, really conveying darkness, claustrophobia, and isolation. That shit gave me shivers and heeby geebies galore Can't speak for the story (as its a visual novel, its kinda the whole point) but it hits real hard. I was able to 100 percent every path after only 7 hours, not enough time to let it overstay its welcome. The characters are fun and intriguing, even if some are heavily favoured by the story compared to others Its only a few dollars, go try it out

I enjoyed it quite a bit. The author seems to be a fellow fan of Uchikoshi. I think I'll give it an 7.6/10. + Great voice acting + Shimotsuki + Interesting interactive sci-fi story + Can be completed in less than 10H, doesn't really drag its feet like other VNs The 2.4 points that were redacted are for a few reasons: - While the the translation if pretty good for the most part, there are occasional translation errors (like saying "his" instead of "her" or a word is missing and translations that sound a bit unnatural) - The 3D silhouettes didn't bother me as much as I expected and they did give you a vague idea of what the characters look like. The use of 3D also illustrated some situations a lot more coherently than a traditional 2D VN would unless it used several CGs. Still it would've made the game so much more pleasant to look at if it also had 2D character art... I'm especially sad because I'll never get to see Shimotsuki's face... - Navigating the flowchart was a bit annoying at times because you don't start at the choice but at the beginning of the node so you'll have to click through quite a lot of text before you get to the actual choice again. - Some parts of the story were a bit too vague for me, especially towards the end. !!! Major Spoiler Warning! !!! - I wish there was better buildup to the "I am the killer" twist at the end. It came out of nowhere and I didn't pick up any hints, instead too many red herrings and the twist felt a little cheap because it just deliberately wasn't shown to me until the end... Also the part where he says he looks different is pretty unnecessary. I know it's a cute reference but still... - The childhood friend had almost no screen time which was very odd considering she's supposed to be important. I expected her to be fake the entire time. - What happened to Shimotsuki in that one ending? How did she just disappear without opening the door? - How come the girl with the prosthetic (Yukimura?) just murders us with a knife in one of the nodes?! - It would've been nice to see what happens to the characters after going back to the surface because instead it just branched off into a completely different ending where it didn't happen at all instead. It just feels a bit disappointing to not see how that ended because it was the path we were on for most of our time. - It feels like a bit of wasted potential to not have more actual endings in a game like this.

It's really unique :D The story is intriguing with lots of physics (I actually took notes to keep up with it lol) and the entire atmosphere is really well done, I honestly felt uncomfortable due to it messing with my fear of heights and confined (underground) spaces XD Very interesting overall, even if it was hard to understand sometimes, I still enjoyed the experience!
