I like the game and had a good time with it. The Progression is well done and never too confusing. It is clearly a passion Project and I will play the full Game. however...... in my humble opinion.... I think the Story and Aesthetic, is a bit too much a Fan-Service for Silent Hill and Twin Peaks Fans. Don't get me wrong....I love both of these Things. But I wish it had more of his own Identity. I still recommend it though.

The visuals give the game a strong nostalgic identity and help create its unsettling atmosphere. Some character models can look a little rough, but overall the retro presentation works extremely well. 🎮Gameplay - The gameplay focuses mostly on exploration, investigation, and puzzles. The puzzles are generally decent and fit the classic survival-horror style without becoming overly frustrating. The main weakness is the combat—the gun feels mostly useless and doesn't add much to the experience. The fixed-camera controls can also occasionally be awkward, but they fit the game's Silent Hill-inspired design. 📜Story - The mystery surrounding Eleanor and the strange events in Lake Haven is interesting and creates a strong Silent Hill-like vibe. However, the biggest issue is the length. The story is extremely short and feels more like a demo than a complete game, which makes the ending feel abrupt. The music fits the eerie atmosphere extremely well and helps sell the feeling of classic psychological horror. The environmental sounds and unsettling audio effects also contribute to the Silent Hill-style atmosphere. Overall, the sound design gives the game much more personality than its short runtime might suggest. ❗Bugs❗- I experienced no bugs or glitches in this game. 🔅Performance - Performance is what you expect. It runs perfectly well and the game runs on a locked 60 fps. Lake Haven Chrysalis was an awesome experience from start to finish. If your a fan of the Silent Hill movies or games or classic Resident Evil games , you'll definitely love this. The game has that same tense, creepy atmosphere where your constantly on edge, solving puzzle's, and trying to survive 10/10.
