As a rider (who doesn't ride like this irl lol) I was pretty keen to play this when I saw the page a while ago. I find from games that I've played, it's very difficult to get the feeling of riding a motorbike translated into game form. The Good: Cornering takes a bit to get used to, but once you do, it feels good! (Using a controller, by the way. I wouldn't bother with keyboard) The devs really got the feeling of speed down well. Splitting two cars on the first map gets the muscles tensing The music fits quite well too. I would prefer that it doesn't cut out at low speeds but instead play at a low level. It's nice to have a game release in 2026 that I can max out the settings and get 140FPS on my old decrepid 2070! The Bad: While it is a fun game, it gets stale very quickly. Theres no chance I'd play it long enough to unlock all bikes in its current state. I got to the third bike before I felt like I'd experienced the whole game. Having tasks to do would be a better way to unlock bikes (and hopefully in future, parts and customisation items). There are a few bugs, the worst one is adjusting any control settings while ingame will stop you from steering and locks you to about 2kph. Exiting the level and reloading fixes it. The engine noises are pretty terrible. Having an option to put a helmet on that muffles the noises became the go to while I was playing. The shifting in manual mode feels odd too. Downshifting almost floats the revs rather than engine braking. The head wobble is goofy too. It's like the rider has zero neck muscles. The game has only just been released, so polishing could make this game really enjoyable. Adding additional stuff to do rather than just ride would also help keep people hooked.
The type of game I've wanted for years, please add blinkers to cars changing lanes. Edit: Vehicles tend to merge into other lanes a little bit before and a little bit after a lane is added/removed. For example, if you know a 3 lane road is going to have it's far left lane end right before a tunnel, anticipate that vehicles will merge from that far left lane into the middle lane before the tunnel. And if you are exiting the tunnel and know a left lane will be added again, anticipate that cars from soon-to-be middle lane will merge into the far left lane right after exiting the tunnel. Eventually, after enough runs of a map, you'll come up with landmarks for areas before a lane is added/ends.
