天赋点非常多 可以自由跨系混搭 自由度很高 缺点有些东西掉率实在太低刷不出来 总的来说还是很有潜力的游戏, 期待后续更新

This game has a lot of potential. If they keep making changes and adding content, it could become one of the best in the genre. They still need to polish many things, but even in its current state it’s pretty fun, and I’ve been playing it a lot.

Legends of Wasteland by 清友工作室 is the kind of indie title that immediately signals its ambitions through mood rather than spectacle, placing players into a harsh, desolate setting where survival is not just a mechanic but the central identity of the experience. From the moment the game begins, it establishes a subdued and often oppressive tone, using empty landscapes, worn-down structures, and a restrained visual style to communicate a world that has long since lost its vitality. There is a deliberate slowness to how everything unfolds, encouraging players to observe, adapt, and endure rather than rush forward, which gives the game a distinctive rhythm compared to more action-heavy survival titles. The core gameplay is rooted in familiar survival elements such as gathering resources, crafting tools, and managing limited supplies, but it leans more heavily into atmosphere than complexity. Progression tends to feel incremental, with each small improvement in equipment or knowledge offering a tangible sense of advancement. However, this steady pace can also become a double-edged sword. While it reinforces immersion and makes survival feel meaningful, it can also lead to stretches where the gameplay loop begins to feel repetitive, particularly when new mechanics or variations are introduced sparingly. Players who enjoy methodical, almost meditative gameplay will likely appreciate this design, while others may find it lacking in momentum. Exploration plays a significant role in keeping the experience engaging, as the world is scattered with subtle environmental details that hint at a larger, untold story. Rather than relying on heavy exposition or scripted narrative sequences, the game allows its setting to do most of the storytelling. Abandoned areas, remnants of past activity, and the overall emptiness of the environment all contribute to a quiet sense of mystery. This minimalist approach can be quite effective for players who enjoy piecing together context on their own, though it may feel underdeveloped for those looking for a more structured or character-driven narrative. Interaction with threats, whether environmental or hostile, tends to prioritize tension over depth. Encounters often feel unpredictable enough to keep players cautious, but the underlying systems do not always offer a wide range of strategic options. Combat and survival challenges are serviceable and occasionally intense, yet they rarely evolve in a way that significantly changes how the player approaches the game over time. This results in a consistent experience that maintains its tone well but does not always expand meaningfully on its initial ideas. From a technical standpoint, the game clearly reflects its indie scale. Visuals are modest, with some environments managing to capture a striking sense of desolation while others appear sparse or lacking detail. Animations and interface design can feel a bit rough around the edges, occasionally reminding the player of the game’s limited resources. Despite this, performance is generally stable, and the audio design stands out as one of the stronger elements. Ambient sounds and subtle musical cues do a great deal of work in reinforcing the atmosphere, often carrying moments that might otherwise feel empty. In the end, Legends of Wasteland is a game that succeeds more through its tone and intent than through mechanical innovation or technical polish. It offers a focused survival experience that emphasizes isolation, patience, and environmental storytelling, making it appealing to a niche audience that values immersion over intensity. At the same time, its repetitive structure, limited variety, and rough presentation hold it back from achieving broader appeal. It feels like a solid foundation that could have benefited from further refinement and expansion, but even in its current state, it provides a distinct and occasionally compelling journey for those willing to embrace its slower, more introspective approach. Interesting idle game inspired by games like PoE. Good for people who don't have too much time to grind but can leave it afk to progress. Dev seems quite fast with the patches, so let's hope the game keeps improving and adds more end-game content as well as balance updates.

About me I like odd games. Especially games focused on logic puzzles, stats, character building, theorycrafting, and “number go up” progression. This game fits that niche very well. What the game does well The item stat system is interesting. The skill tree has enough depth to make progression feel meaningful. The skill system is solid, even though it could still be expanded and polished. The story is basically non-existent, but I do not see that as a negative. This game does not need a story. It lives or dies by its systems. To me, this is the first genuinely good attempt at mixing an ARPG with an idle game. If you enjoy idle games and also like games such as Path of Exile or other ARPGs mainly for their character progression, build crafting, and stat scaling, this game is probably for you. What the game currently does poorly EDIT : They added a Lexicon with clear explained interaction of stats, that fixes some confusion. There is no proper extensive tutorial, and several mechanics are not explained at all. Personally, I found that interesting because figuring things out became part of the challenge, but this will not work for everyone. The localization of stats is unfinished. That said, if you have played ARPGs before, most stats can still be deciphered reasonably well. They are not unreadable, just unfinished and sometimes unclear. The game requires you to spend time understanding it. It does not hold your hand. It does not explain everything. It expects you to experiment, read stats, test mechanics, and learn through failure. For me, that is a positive, but for many players it will be frustrating. The game also promised six classes and a more polished product than what was delivered at release. That criticism is fair. However, compared to the previous demo, this version is a clear improvement and, for the price, I think it is acceptable. We are talking about roughly 6 €. I live in Germany and pay that for half a loaf of bread at a bakery if I am lucky. Current progress I have reached Wasteland Stage 130 and am currently crafting, improving my skill setups, and looking for ways to break the game on my next character. Conclusion This is not a polished mainstream ARPG. It is rough, unclear, and unfinished in several areas. But underneath that, there is a genuinely interesting progression system with real potential. If you like idle games, ARPG character progression, stat scaling, and figuring out mechanics yourself, this game is worth the price.
