Leila takes simple, quiet moments of human life and turns them into something uniquely interactive. The narrative is so grounded and relatable that it constantly makes you reflect on your own life journey. Couple that with gorgeous handcrafted art, clever puzzle mechanics, and brilliant voice acting, and you get a game that feels like reading a diary you weren't supposed to find. Beautifully written, wonderfully executed, and undeniably heartfelt.

A pretty decent artsy story game with point-and-click puzzles! Good: The artwork and animation is absolutely top notch. Fantastic music, too. Story is also fascinating - while fundamentally it's just about the twists and turns of the protagonist's ordinary life, it's very interestingly presented through the game. I liked the story and how it integrated into the game very much. Bad: Not much to complain about. The puzzles are, generally speaking, pretty neat, but sometimes a little bit... obtuse. Most of the time I ran into a wall was because I didn't just notice what I was supposed to be looking at or that something was interactable. The hint feature (which is nice to have!) just doesn't give enough hints at times, I guess. Achievements weren't too bad (though I had to play through the game twice), but there's a special place in hell for people who invent a whole new variant of Towers of Hanoi. Come on. But other than small problems, this was great!

It was so clear that a woman’s touch was behind this.. It was absolutely beautiful.. The graphics, the puzzles, the story, the songs.. It felt both incredibly peaceful and very real. Many times, I wanted to hold Leila’s hand and pat her on the back. I felt both happy and deeply saddened to have empathized with her so much. I absolutely loved the Leyla ve Mecnun puzzle from start to finish; that detail was wonderful. However, I’m not so sure about the ending; while the game was meticulously crafted from the beginning, the conclusion felt a bit rushed, like it was over in the blink of an eye. Similarly, I couldn’t quite grasp the motivation behind achieving the happy ending. Thank you for your hard work and dedicationt <3

After spending 1.5 hours battling Minesweeper (for ONE single achievement… yes, just one! I know.... 🫠) I can confidently say I now have a slightly deeper understanding of both the game, and my own questionable life choices. Haha, jk. Only my life choices. Do I like Minesweeper? Nope, not at all! Am I incapable of leaving achievements unfinished? Also no, not at all. That said, suffering aside, the rest of the game? Absolutely gorgeous!! The art-style is really stunning, i would question my sanity again for 100%. 🪷

This game is purely a work of art.^^ I just needed 2 hours to finish it, which seems quite average. Some people may say that it's not worth it. Maybe not for everyone... but if you want to see a really authentic story about general life that you can relate to and learn something from... then it will definitely be worth it. ;) I really loved every second! <3
