The land/naval dominance system is good, as it drives the events. Somewhat disappointing that it doesn't follow the history of the napoleonic wars as they unfolded but generally the entire Europe becomes a battlefield with constant fighting between powers as it was that time, especially with the high ai aggressiveness setting. Defeating France on land and especially Britain at sea is extremely challenging, making majour victory (as swiftly as within 15 years) a task which requires intensive planning. There will be some "border gore" but there also was indeed historically during the napoleonic wars.
