Extreme to the max! Gorgeous pixel art and blazingly fast gunplay. Surprisingly charming story telling and development of enemies and environments along the way. Great way to burn and hour in co-op with the homies.

Again, METAL SLUG 3 is a fun game. I gave it a positive review because of the game itself, not because of how it was ported to the Steam version. Please keep in mind that the game was poorly ported. The UI looks cheap, and the FPS keeps dropping when there is too much explosion. The final mission is crazy hard and much harder when the performance of the game is not stable.

METAL SLUG 3 pros: //fast game with modern day graphics with easy controls that moves from location A to B to C and so on //good amount of action and special effects cons: //a lot of difficult battles/boss battles //a lot of overpowered enemies //a lot of enemies have unfair attacks that cannot be evaded //some difficult platforming //diagonal shooting doesn't seem to work //could use more powerups //too many enemies constantly spawn //good game Personal Suggested Purchase Price: $0.99 Or Less During Sale

"Metal Slug 3" is a true gem among action games! The graphics are simply outstanding—colorful, detailed, and full of life, making each level a delight for the eyes. Defeating the screaming enemies is pure joy for me; the animations are so satisfying that you just can’t tear yourself away! The only downside is the relatively short gameplay—I completed the game on the highest difficulty level in just 3.5 hours. Still, every moment spent in this game was a fantastic experience that I will definitely remember. Highly recommended!
