Like with all of ALICE IN DISSONANCE's works, this a perfect story for people who want to relax and allow the narrative to take you for a ride. If you want a story that respects your time and has a huge emotional payoff (for a $5, 1-2 hour read, nonetheless), then the polished storytelling exemplified in this kinetic (no-choice) novel is perfect for you as with any of AiD's other stories. It's short, simple, easy to read, and gets straight to the point while executing every story beat perfectly. They want you to feel something, and that's what I appreciate. They lay all raw emotions to bare, they don't hold back, and the writer has the ability to add multiple layers of complexity through short interchanges of dialogue. Every title they've made never missed, and I'm grateful to see a group of developers working on a vision that matters not just to them, but to other people. If you don't know whether you'd like to get AiD's other works, then this fairy tale is a good taste test of their storytelling style--ethereal, magical, and emotional, My first playthrough was 2.1 hours, mostly because I just wanted to look at the sketchy artstyle and listen to the music, and in its entirety, it's beautiful.

Mhakna Gramura is a very unique VN. None of what it presents is usually typical of VNs with its art style giving off a water color painting impression providing a very unique feeling similar to what you mind find in a fairy tale book. To add on to this fairytale motif, the story presents itself similar to what you would find in a fairytale like Peter Pan or Alice in wonderland as well with a mysterious and magical land filled with a lot of nonsensical things occurring. In the case of this particular story though it does also create quite a thrilling narrative where once the mysteries start unravelling you are left with a beautiful message and story that really touches your heart.
