My local municipality has determined me incapable of living within a 1 mile radius of any feline inhabited households for the foreseeable future after some particular events (Overly exaggerated I might add) which transpired after I played Nekopara. This seemingly has been elevated, extending further than just my current location, to all locations across the country... :(

Steam neutered it. Its ticked with all kinds of rated M and 18+ tags but they rejected the adult DLC content that actually held all of that. Giving it a rated 18+ because of "nudity" when there are no nude scenes is false tagging it and I feel like buying this game through steam when I need to go elsewhere to get the whole game was a complete waste of money. You want a wholesome story? Maybe try games that don't have tags like "Nudity" and "Sexual Content"; you can't give a game those tags then not have anything filling those tags in it. Seriously disappointing. Edit: I found a convoluted way to get it through another site, and they update it to the client here for it to work so I didn't have to buy the game all over again, but its still bad form. I'll approve the game itself though since its not their fault if Steam wants to be difficult.

I first played this series on the Switch and thought it was a cute rom-com with silly anime tropes, just a visual novel with cute cat girls. Now after seeing the 18+ patch I realize that NekoPara has darkened my soul beyond salvation.
