Not abandoned. Regular updates have been coming throughout June 2026. Even if it were abandoned now, the available content at the time of writing is excellent and good value at this price point. An extremely solid, playable game with an engaging progression loop and sense of growth without feeling needlessly grindy. I've now sank an entire weekend into it, and am waiting for the work week to be over to return to my almost level-50 nursery. Very few bugs encountered that had any impact on the actual gameplay (just visual and physics quirks you find in any game). Starting a new day cleared anything that wasn't behaving quite right. Far more polished than other games in the genre, including those that have been out of early access for a while. Confidently recommending this title to anyone looking for a calm shop simulator experience, it's complete and worth the purchase as-is. Excited to see what future patches will bring, this is clearly a project close to the heart of the developer/s and that investment and love for what they're making is what makes Plant Nursery Simulator stand out in the sea of simulator games.

I had a good time playing this game was satisfying to get all the upgrades. The tedious part was get the achievement of 250 days as I had gotten all the upgrades by day 105 and by day 190 I had all other achievements. I'm happy to see the game was updated by the Devs today! Looking forward to seeing what it brings keep up the good work!

This is the first review I have left out of the hundreds of games I have played. I have been going through a shop keeper/simulator kick and have not found many that keep my interest more than a couple hours. Even though I am not that interested in Plant Nurseries, this scratches the itch I have been having. I even got my Wife playing who does not game at all. This game has great mechanics compared to other games of it's genre. It also seems to have more rewarding things to unlock to keep you motivated. Also, the fact that you can grow your own crops to sell, makes it more interesting than just running the retail side. I have spent so much time looking for Shop Keeper games, and I just found it after going to a Nursery in real life and thinking it would be a good simulator. The fact that I have never found this before makes me feel like this game needs way better exposure than it is currently getting! I was writing this review in hopes it brings exposure to this game. I am sure I will max everything out in the months to come and I will really hope the Dev continues to add to the game. From everything I have read, there is a lot more they plan on adding.

This game is extremely relaxing, GREAT for anyone with anxiety/ADHD/PTSD/Depression. Allows you to endlessly organize, customize, expand, and add realistic / beautiful new plants to the store throughout plenty of achievable levels-- AND there's gardening/greenhouses!! I was honestly already impressed with this game before even purchasing it, and now I (and all of my close friends) happily spend hours sitting in Discord and playing this game while we discuss our strategies, cute new trinkets & their purposes, and just relax after long work days. Thanks for making this game! We're having a blast, and can't wait to see future updates/additions! I just hit level 55 as I wrote this! Happy planting!

This is without a doubt the best game in the shop manager genre. The developers have clearly looked at other similar games and considered the frustrations and annoyances players have with them, and then addressed them in their own game. A few examples: Restockers and cashiers in similar games are painfully slow, almost comically slow in some cases. In this game once you've bought their upgrades the cashiers work like they're on commission, and the restockers move like I'm chasing them with a whip. The store itself is bright and pleasant to be in. In other games it feels like your shop is in a dark, grungy storage cupboard. The graphics of the staff and customers are pleasant to look at. There is no delivery fee for items so you can get what you need when you need it without having to worry about min/maxing cost efficiency every purchase. Also you can order items and have them delivered at the end of the day so you're ready for tomorrow. In summary, it's great. Honestly I was very surprised given the low price of this game, it's cheaper than similar games, but far better.
