The game has the right idea but needs allot more work on execution . ( If your're a game dev hear me out pls ) All current DLC should be base game content to make up for lack of progression achievements & Items. You should get new outfits or custom options that you can unlock as you rank up. Little things like new badges, patches , hairstyles , glasses etc... It would genuinely make the game worth more ... After grinding for about a week I realized every type of call has the same scenario, investigations are lame because they give you vague statements & I've got 10 stars on 2 districts and never encountered a shoot out or hostage situation. -On top of that you walk & talk funny. My character walks like his undies are waterlogged and the voices sound AI generated. You should be able to request a back up unit. Armed robbers should shoot while fleeing. Car & character physics should reflect real life. Cars should need fuel & be able to refuel at gas stations. Add Customization for weapons at the precinct armory. Crime scenes, Investigations, and medical treatments all need more variety. Conduct points replenish after the half point of the shift. Multiplayer experiences huge lag for each players character. Multiplayer needs partner call outs. Suspects wont flee outside of your working zone. Tool kit for your car. I understand updates take time and im a stranger asking for allot, but this would make the game so good people would go nuts.Be like other big games & Use skins as your cash cow. Guns/Clothes/Cars/Tattoos/Earrings/Custom sirens/Player Characters.

Decent game. Ai is kinda meh, traffic stops are repetitive. Role up to a car crash that had 4 injured people on the ground. All 4 of them were in the store when the crash happened didn't see anything, middle of the highway. Needs new dialogue chains, and better Ai driving. Game doesn't really have more than 10 hours of game play. Would not pay full price for the game. Game isn't currently worth 30 dollars. Wait for a sale, 15 dollars or less.

I have just over 11 hours into this game. The good: It's dynamic and the graphics are decent. The UI isn't confusing though could use some refining. It's easy to pickup and learn without the tutorials (I skipped them so I can't say much). The bad: The AI driving is horrible. They stop in unrealistic ways, which has caused me numerous accidents that were not my fault, but pegged on me. Traffic in left lanes pulls to the left, usually head on into oncoming traffic. Usually they clip into each other but I have noticed it can cause a wreck. The frequency of road crash callouts is pretty high. Also, driving down the highway is like driving in a war-zone. Broken down cars everywhere, accidents everywhere, it's crazy. I skip them because the amount of work for accidents is high, and the amount of accidents to witness is unreal. What could be fixed: Implement a slider that changes the frequency of callouts in a more a sandbox mode. Otherwise reduce vehicle traffic accidents by 200%. Add sallyports. You know, when you arrest someone and bring them into the station, it should be in a secure area vs just walking in the front door. Granted, that'd take a lot of redesign of the levels, but it breaks my immersion. When you give out a major accident but you don't yet have enough stars to get a fire extinguisher, make it so we can at least call the fire department vs. leaving burning vehicles behind. I find it funny that I can interview, document and hand out tickets / reports all whilst the cars are burning. Add backup AI officers. Let me call them for help other than to bring someone to jail for me. Especially for helping at accident scenes. Let officers use fire extinguishers without having a high star level. Seriously. All in all, it's not a bad game. They are doing DLC releases before fixing some pretty basic quality of life issues and some basic issues like you have to first watch a person steal a car, wait for them to drive off before you can stop them or you are docked CP points. Also, please allow us call the fire department or give us fire extinguishers right away. I don't know how often I can say that. The games fun, can be repetitive, but could use some basic fixes. Might want to wait for a sale until the QOL issues are fixed.

Off the bat, reading the negative reviews I was a little sceptical but decided to purchase due to evidence of ongoing support from the dev team who are clearly behind their product and releasing content patches as well as DLC at a fairly consistent rate. I gave myself a timer so I could refund if it wasn't for me but this simulator does not disappoint. I could tell from the negative reviews that most complaints came from people expecting a lot more action and I can tell why this game is not for them. If that is what you are looking for, you're probably better off looking elsewhere, at least for now. Overall the simulator has a fairly relaxed pace, especially in the beginning and personally this game hits a lot of notes for me. At the end of the day being a police officer is not about running around shooting at people, so for me I was glad to see this game takes a more realistic approach to the role. For me, the only time I find myself getting frustrated or feeling disappointed is when I encounter bugs that make some tasks impossible to complete. The main culprits for me have been around traffic stops and cars piling up. Its all fun and games until someone needs towing and your only option is to run away find something else to occupy yourself with. Nothing game breaking so far but the bugs can be quite numerous when it comes to NPV pathing. I can excuse this as I find the game can be so complex at times that I don't think real life human beings would handle the situation much better. Other than that, I can't say I have any major concerns at this stage. As you can see I'm only a few hours in at this stage but I'm set on keeping this in my collection and will update this review once I've gotten a little further into the game and tried some DLC content aswell. I hope this review helps you make an informed purchase and If you find this review useful, please consider giving it a like so it can reach others. Thanks for reading :)
