At this stage after the latest update (1.31) that sunset the live service elements of the game, I can confidently say that despite it's lingering flaws Quake Champions is a fine arena shooter. My main gripes left with it at this point is the long loading, inability to repeat matches, and the lack of a server browser. It only took [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jv63A7slAKY]9 years but if you were hesitant, now is the time to give it a shot; and I have to respect id Software / Bethesda for not shelving it early on to allow it to get to this state. They could've easily abandoned it, but it was allowed to solidify and carry Quake's flame.
