Do you like roguelikes? Do you like deck builders? How about blowing yourself up? Do you like watching numbers get exponentially big the same way idlers get big numbers? Then this is the game for you! The gameplay is genuinely addicting, and when your run gets hot it gets HOT.
Good game with balancing quirks. Some of the "boss"-levels you find during your run are pure ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, to which the last level in endless seems trivial in comparison. In addition, most of the combos and synergies become unviable in later levels, as they take too long to ramp up to carry you through early game. Same goes for many boons you can get at the start of a run, which are randomly pulled from packs - which results in a tedious cycle of restarting the run until something useful comes along. Letting the player simply pick one, or at least present three "rares" instead of only one is a very necessary QoL improvement in my opinion. A tip to new players: Play a run on "-1 casual" if you're struggling, it will let you try stuff out and subsequently make all following runs much easier.
