It's honestly so sad to see this masterpiece abandoned due to not being commercially well-received. The game needs updates to address some bugs, QOL, and balance, and to think it will never get it just because "capitalism" is so sad. Aside from the bugs and inconveniences, this game delivers a unique, well-conceptualized, entertaining experience for those who like turn-based combat. Currently, the game has its mistakes and is far from perfect, but if you like the genre and wanna try something different, I definitely recommend it. It will feed you some hours of entertainment for sure. I hope one day it receives the love it deserves.

Really nicely executed game. Doesn't do anything particularly add anything innovate to the genre but does everything well and most importantly for a roguelike provides a satisfying game play loop.

This review should be neutral instead of positive. The game is pretty cool, interesting mechanics, mobs, skills. But to complete it, you have to go through the same areas and mobs 7 times. And that random 45-50 hp/sp damage inflicted to all my minions at once when my max stats are 23 to 28 was making me sick.

I love this game. Played it on my Xbox, now bought it here to replay. I like the theme, the cheat mechanic is fun, and the variety of encounters and team builds is great. Not sure why it isn’t more popular.

While it is a good game, it feels a bit unfinished. There are a few bugs to stomp, some visual, some not, and there are some things that I doubt the author intended, like how once you clear a scenario, you can't go back to a lower difficulty, which can get you absolutely stuck in pretty unwinnable places. The voice acting is nice, and I do love myself some flavor when you are talking about different classes. How the defeats are canonically explaining by the Devil cheating and turning back the clock is a nice touch, and the entire thematic of having a single pool of health that you can also use to bend the rules was pure genius. It really does a lot for the roguelike aspect of the game. Couldn't clear it, though. Might come back to it, but I couldn't find a combination of heroes that could make a dent on the enemies past some point. Still had some fun.
