As a fan of Towerfall, SamuraiGunn2 is truelly glorius! Animations and game feels are incredible, the online plays incredibly well with rollback netcode... can't wait to see more stuff added in it. And the free version give you access to all of it. Go grab a little guide before launching it, that gonna help online. And the music when you launch the game? ab-so-lute dope.

sucks to lose the campaign mode, i hope that there can be an update that adds bots to offline mode. however this is a extremely sleek revamp of an already brilliant, new flavour of a 2d fighter. everyone should at least try it with the new free edition

My brothers and I played the original to death. Since we've all gotten older and moved to different parts of the state, Samurai Gunn 2 having online multiplayer was really exciting - but we found it to be unplayably laggy and shelved it from our rotation for a while. Ya'll this new update has shot it back up the charts, its perfect now. We can't stop playing. So I just wanna thank the devs for rekindling our passion for one of our favorite games. The new netcode is buttery smooth. Love discovering all the hidden tech all over again, saw two super bullets collide for the first time last night and my jaw hit the floor. Can't wait to see more characters hit the roster and rope even more friends into playing with us.

Every single time I play this game I emerge 3-4 hours later in an exhausted manic state. Doesn't get better than this, and one more game quickly becomes 50. Still in active dev despite lack of updates, devs are rewriting the game engine.
