ENGLISH Did you like the 1st? You're in the right place because "Seed of the Dead "Sweet Home"" is the sequel AND is an improvement of the 1st in almost every way... so GO FOR IT! "First of all, needless to say do NOT put this game in the hands of a child!", the version on Steam does not contain ANY sexual content... but the developers have put the "Patch +18" easily found and installed... and we all know which version you will choose... The Triggers Warnings: 1 - Most of these points are ONLY in the Game-Over sequences! So... 2 - Let's say that the Game-Over cutscenes will dissuade you from provoking them "just out of curiosity"... and to a greater degree than the 1st volume! 3 - Unlike the 1st volume, this time: the Game-Over cutscenes are Skippable and Disableable 4 - The NTR content can also be disabled... but let's say that you will reactivate it as a pretext/false excuse to redo the old levels And concerning the price, I assume that you have a minimum of sense of reponsability about your expenses and your priorities... These aside POSITIVE - There is the story mode and the relationships with the (now) 4 heroines which are more worked! (you will tell me "it's not complicated" but they could have not made this little effort (even if I agree with you)) - the "Sweet Home" is your base where you can freely walk around in it. And what has to do there is well indicated - Presence of mini-games - 4 more new Special Zombies of 3 (including 1 who is after YOUR ass instead of the girls) - The "healling" and "Raise" are more interesting; because they are no longer unlimited! Here, you consume a HEALTH KIT to be able to fu... Heal/Raise a girl! So you have to catch some during the levels beforehand! - The 3D model of your character? You will immediately notice that it is not the same as for the 1 (smaller, less fat, better animated... but, obviously, still the legendary Hentai protagonist haircut!) - The 3D models of the Heroines? There were 2.5 years between the 1 and the 2... believe me that the glow up of the 3 girls does much more! - For some levels, if you redo them, you will notice that there are several possible paths - The level endings are specific to each of them - I did not really have an impression of repetition/copy-paste between 2 levels NEGATIVE: - Among the basics of a video game, there is "create a new save", which allows you to have several save. Guess what? There aren't any here... In 1: it wasn't a big deal! But here... you better not have a problem with your save! - There are quite frequent glitches... and I don't know why! - If you liked the "no hassle" side of 1, 2 might disappoint you... (it's not horrible! It's just that it's more than 0) - There are mini-games... too bad they hardly explain anything to you! And for the commands on the latter: it's EVEN better! They DON'T tell you! - The game has been translated into English, and I'm not complaining! So what's the problem? The commands for the sex scenes are not translated (you can easily get by without it but hey...) - You have to replay the level if you want to see a dialogue that takes place after the end of the level Difficulty: (I only played on easy difficulty and I have it "1st Try" even if there were tense moments) I noticed a funny thing: The game is easier without the +18 patch than with it because the zombies can't rap... girls In short, GO FOR IT! I'm ONLY talking about the base game here because the DLC Content has its own dedicated Steam page but... needless to say that if there's a DLC the size of a REAL Expansion: it's because the game has convinced people! "For the +18, don't play innocent! You've already looked into it!" I said that about the first game... but here I have the impression that people haven't uploaded everything on the net... but we ALL know that you've already inquired about it!

I'm not really a fan of 3D models, the posing is also a little awkward at times. The writing is quite silly, and the gameplay is somewhere between mediocre and just enough to keep you going, further helped by it's small complement of mini-games. It's a lot but it isn't perfect, kinda ugly but unique in its own way. I guess it's a guilty pleasure, maybe a little more than that, but I'd hate to admit I had fun.

"anime" left 4 dead, the gunplay and movement suck but im not playing it for that.

I kind of really like it? But I really, really fucking shouldn't? Mechanically it's a kinda janky Left 4 Dead clone with some dating sim elements mixed in. The anime girls are so stylistically clashing that it's actually comedy to see them running around the base or fighting zombies that look like generic 'realistic' PS3 era mobs. The translation is not great. Half of the smut is focused on bad ends/rape (which you can turn off the worst of) and the other half is kind of clumsy scenes with a faceless MC and the girls. But it's also really addictive to have a form of progression while going out blasting zombies. You get points for kills, more points for headshots, more points for minibosses. Points can be used to give yourself new skills, upgrade your base to open up more smutty activities or buy items. Items are randomly scattered throughout the stages and repopulate every time you do a stage so there's stuff to look for. They give you points towards each girl's affection levels and leveling that up makes the girls stronger (more health, more damage, bigger clip size for their unique weapons, etc) which lets you do harder stages and get more points to get more stuff to... you get the point. There's lots of long term goals, customization for the girls in the form of costumes and accessories you can buy/find (and like five times as many if you buy the DLC). It's just fucking *fun*. I'm not even that interested in screwing the anime girls. I just like blasting zombinos and getting upgrades to blast more zombinos and also there's anime tits there. It's so fucking weird. DLC did not change my opinion much. More content was fun and I ended up grinding out all the outfits and accessories for everyone because it was a fun game, did most of the darker side quests but I wasn't a big fan of them so I'll probably leave it for now. Final boss was really poorly designed. Levels were pretty cool otherwise and added fun new gimmicks. Still ending on an 8.5/10 definitely install the porn patch but disable the death scenes and the NTR quests unless you're really sure of what you're getting into.

The gunplay is left to be desired but its sufficient fun regards to its Left 4 Dead zombie shooter formula. The highlight for the game is it's visual-novel style conversations. The story itself isn't anything to write home about but I enjoy the grind for points to obtain the skills and items and to further improve the base. Of course if you include the R18 patch this game pretty much opens up to a whole load of H-content. Though it also includes Guro and NTR matters you can kind of at least turn this off if this ruins the H-experience. Overall its just so ridiculous but I can't stop playing it.
