Great return to the world of shadow tactics. More of the same, exactly what i wanted! But i'm one of these lunatics that buys every game in this genre, only trust me if you are an addict like me. This is the fix you look for

Other reviewers say that this expansion offers nothing new, just new missions, which is fine by me ( if it's not broken... ) since I haven't played the base game. I like this game, so now I'm looking forward playing the base game! There are not enough modern isometric stealth games, and this game not only offers that, it refines and improves it. Overall, it delivers a solid experience for fans of the genre, seeking strategic depth and historical immersion. What you see is the continue of this game (single-player , isometric , strategy) https://store.steampowered.com/app/418240/Shadow_Tactics_Blades_of_the_Shogun/ The disadvantage is the absence of new ideas compared to the old version. You will only encounter a new game story trend, albeit not so long. the good point is discount, the cost of payment is greatly reduced every time , I don't think you have a high risk of buying. In general, the story of this game is so fascinating that you get involved with its environment, its songs will be reminiscent of the feudal era of Japan and the character of the players are designed as much as you can expect. Outside of the story process, you can challenge yourself against the time limit for doing combined tasks. In conclusion, if you ask me why I bought the next version, I will say: "I had to make peace with old memories."

Aiko's Choice is a stand alone expansion offering 3 good missions. Only 3 full missions and 3 very short HUB missions for that price? Better get it at discount. I got it for $1. I did not expect them to even release an expansion 5 years later for Shadow Tactics. wow More of tactical stealth? I'm in. All 3 missions are well crafted and come with their own badge challenges and hardcore/speedrun modes. The missions have some pretty tricky situations and can be tough, especially when you limit yourself due to badges, achievements and self set limitations (like I did, refusing to use guns) to make them even tougher. I want to whine because its just 3 missions, I'd like to have more, but the maps are large and challenging and took me quite some time. For $1 the value is extremely good! For Steam sale it's still very good. For full price, eeh decide for yourselves... Fun game, get it if you haven't had enough tactical stealth from Shadow Tactics, Desperados 3 and Shadow Gambit.
