A great 12-20h game for a single playthrough. Interesting time mechanic, unique setting, interesting linear story. Definitely worth it for it's price. Highly recommended! Love shorter games, I get to finish them for once :D

Amazing atmosphere, I got pulled into the world just seconds after starting playing Combat is very fun to play, the skill tree seems daunting at first but it eases you into it enough. The game has lots of choices in dialogue and the way the combat system feels different enough from a lot of other card games of the same type to bring a really interesting dynamic and the boss animations and mechanics make you have to approach each fight uniquely. Having to manage your health to the next check point it still gives a similar tension to slay the spire without the randomness. They constantly give you new powerful tools to encourage you to build your deck in new exciting ways. Picked it up cause i saw reviews saying it was too difficult. So far the difficult has felt very fair and not that difficult when coming from a card game background. Though it has more punishing moments compared to most rpgs. The dev's are really polite and clearly put in a lot of effort into fixing and balancing things. Been more than worth the price and recommend checking it out if you like card battlers!

I'm enjoying it a lot, but I think the revive mechanic is way too unforgiving. Taking 6 health each player if someone dies is a bit insane. Or at the very least, allow shields to carry over from fight to fight. Outside of that, I'm loving this. Feels like Thronebreaker mixed with Darkest Dungeon. The decision to make it a story driven game over a roguelite game was a top tier choice.

Really fun twist on the deckbuilding genre. Loved the demo, and the 1.0 release is a significant improvement on it. 100% recommend!
