Very atmospheric P&C game with well-placed horror elements. I enjoyed the experience and I would love to see the devs making another game like this. It is very short, but I'm not complaining since it's free.

Despite its short length, Shiver manages to build tension and a bit of lore. This, together with some smart puzzles and nice looking art, makes it worth your while and leaves you wanting for more.

You can beat it in under an hour, but does the game keep you captivated during that hour? It certainly does! There's a feeling of growing tension because of the setting, which helps build a feeling of isolation. The story kept me captivated, I wanted to see how things played out for our protagonist. Puzzles also kept things interesting. In short I'd recommend. One of the easiest 100% games I ever did. Since I played for an hour and paid $5, that boils down to me paying roughly 83 cents every 10 minutes. In short, there are worse ways to spend your money.

Shiver is a short but very spooky and atmospheric game; now let’s get into the story. You play as a guy who is on his way to see his dad, but gets into a car accident on the way so he must find a way to get help. Okay time for the likes, why’ll this game is sort it very well made no bugs or anything like that, the story was nice and the game did a great job at building tension and a little bit of isolation. The Puzzle were fair and the price for this game is very fair. Now the dislikes, now the only problem with the game is it’s too short, I mean you can beat it in under an hour I would have liked it if it was a bit longer and added a few more notes. But still the game is good. So if you want a short but very spooky and atmospheric game this one is definitely for you.

Regardless of whether this game is short or not, $2.99 (Atow) is well worth the experience. I am a big fan of both horror/Thriller and Point and click adventure and this game was fun. Overall slightly easy puzzles, short but sweet narrative (not the greatest, not the worst) and visualy interesting. Graphics: 7/10 mix or photo and drawn assets (worked quite well). Sound: 7/10 I think most was stock but super good choices and fit the theme/pacing. Narrative: 8/10 its a bit cliche but the delivery was good, clues and whatnot to infer direction. Dialogue: 7/10 some written some VO the VO wasnt too bad and the written was just the player (which is good). Responcivness: 9/10 Super fast scene transitions and really good colliders for interactions .
