The Backrooms Survival is a very interesting game. I've played for a few hours and I've only progressed a few levels. Here are my key takeaways: 1: There is a very high learning curve in this game. Due to the absurd amount of randomly generated items, events, monsters and even level exits, it can be very hard to learn the mechanic of everything. Even after a couple hours of playtime, I still have no clue what half the monsters even do or how they are triggered. 2: There are a variety of different levels to explore, IF you can get to them. In my playthrough, I only got one level down and 2 levels above. Mind you, I enjoyed my time in said levels, but I probably barely scratched the surface. Finding the level exits from my experience is really hard. It's like finding a needle in a haystack. If that haystack was filled with a bunch of monsters that want you dead. 3: The Hunger/Thirst mechanic is actually pretty balanced. While yes, there's a bunch of items, a good amount of them are food/drinks. On top of that, you can find vending machines and buy food/drinks with the in-game currency. 4: Speaking of the in-game currency, you find a lot of it quite often. I never really found myself running out of cheddar. 5: The "horror" part of the game is both good and bad. The atmosphere horror is not quite there. Most Backrooms games that I've played have way better atmosphere horror compared to this game. That being said, the monster do create a nice scare from time to time. Sometimes you'll just turn a corner and they will just be there. Overall, The Backrooms Survival is a very interesting survival horror game. The Backrooms is a fun concept and I enjoy seeing what people can do with it. It's not my favorite Backrooms survival horror game, but I would still reccomend it.

the game is good but there are quite a few bugs, like in my most stacked world when i left and saved in the city level and came back i was stuck and no matter whwat i could do i coudlnt leave. Tell me if theres a key combination or something that gets me unstuck

Tbh this game is a lot of fun and for 10 dollars you get a lot of content in this game like tons of careers to choose from tons of weapons and items you can find around the map and levels to discover and most of the time its on sale for 5 dollars now its not the best looking game and its a little buggy but if you get past that its like those fun little indie games you use to play when you were younger on xbox 360. miss those days

actually a fun game i ran it with 2 others and we found weapons on the 2nd level after that shooting or ending anything that moved was really fun but the only issue i had was when getting really geared up it feels like the only real challenge is the hunger system we only went down -20ish levels though could get better going further
