I played all four episodes of The Lion Song, and while I would say none were as good as the first episode, as a whole the game was an enjoyable visual novel to progress through so long as you're not expecting much. Art style was nice pixel art, though the sepia did get rather boring after a while. Well worth giving the first episode a try for free, and then wait for the other episodes on sale if they piqued your interest enough.

This is less a game, than a wonderful story! A story about art, progress, emancipation, diversity and the consequences of our words and actions. It's very touching and deep, a love letter to artworks, which became an artwork by itself! I disagree a lot with some toxic reviews here, that it would be only about a "horny woman", because this statement's wrong for many reasons. For example (best example) that it's not only about one woman, it's about many people (protagonists are changing depending on the episode). Like I've mentioned before, the whole main focus here is the story. The few gameplay elements are the possibility to make choices and to observe your surroundings. 4 hours only may seem short, but keep in mind that I'm still missing 45 more achievements of 86 in total! So yes, I can recommend it a lot and wish to give you a small advice how to save money: you should not only wait until it's in discount, you should buy it then as a bundle!

Hello adventurer© You are an achievement-hunter? You'll loathe this game for the number of replays :D Nice and interesting set of 4 cross-connected stories. And yes, your choice matters!

This game initially broke me, but then restored my personality back. After replaying it a few years later, it gave me a couple more existential crises, when I was already replaying the game to get all the achievements I thought I would just calmly get the achievements and finish it, but NO, it forced me to think in other directions about what I had accumulated over the years. Just like the first time, it made me cry like a bіtch in the second chapter, because I am also involved in the visual arts and find this story REALLY close to my heart. And in general, all the stories are just a chef's kiss all the characters are a chef's kiss, the whole story, the way it is intertwined, EVERYTHING IS A CHEF'S KISS. If you want to have an existential crisis and enjoy what is called the gaming art, I highly recommend this game.

A self-contained game. After playing the first episode, I bought the rest of the episodes.
