The singleplayer is fun but gets stale quick. Multiplayer is where the game shines but playerbase is mostly dead so unless you can get a friend to play with you, you won't be able to enjoy the most fun part of the game. So I only recommend to get the game if you have someone to play with

Every few weeks my friends come over and we play local multiplayer games together. Tricky Towers is one of the games they want to play almost every time. It is easy to learn but hard to master. Runs great on PC and consoles.

Among the hardest games I've played. It looks goofy and fun and if you're just goofing around with friends of similar skill levels, you can do that. But if you want to beat the master trials or some South Koreans, it takes a while. Being physics-based, it's very easy to have a block land badly and if you can't knock it off you're kind of pooched. You need some luck, good decision making, speed, precision... drive.... power. It took about half my playtime to beat the first 49 trials and the rest to beat the last one. (We stay hungry, we devour.) Multiplayer still seems to be active late nights on weekends. Not poppin' but you'll get some matches. And the players were really good. I noticed a lot of Korean names and they were making some nutty towers. But if you've banged your head against the tile wall long enough, and because it's so easy to irreversibly goof your tower, you can still eek out some wins. Feels good, man
