never played the first one but i really enjoy this game a few hours in and i love the overlord minion control type gameplay i love that you can choose to be a frontline powerhouse to backline support summoner character

Undead Horde 2 is a beautiful example of how a sequel ought to be made. The main character voice acting is very similar, so it taps into the same feels of part one and yet it is new. Some of the mechanics are different, but the core of the game has remained the same; similar visuals, similar art style and layout of UI. The first part really shines through and this game gives me the same feeling. After all, games really do make you feel in a certain way, similar to movies, and this second part nails the "Undead Horde feeling" perfectly. It's the same game, but better, with more content. The only thing that is a pity is that you won't resurrect what you've slain (something I really enjoyed in part one), but the new mechanic that took its place gives a whole other level of strategy to the game that makes this change very viable for a sequel. All in all, I'm just really happy I can play new content of Undead Horde again n_n

Addictive. Only problem is in the Forgotten Sanctuary map - sudden difficulty spike. Try to use a guide maybe on that map.

If you don't play around with your chicken for at least a few minutes, you're not really getting the full enjoyment out of this game, nor are you truly experiencing all of what you can summon on your own.
