As a big Kenshi fan and someone who played Kenshi when IT was in Alpha, this was a must-try for me. And while I do admit, it is still clearly in a early stage of development, I also can't deny it has incredible potential to be just as addicting and fun to play as Kenshi is. In fact, the bugs and under-development features missing remind me exactly of the first time I played Kenshi in Alpha and I couldn't be happier. I am really looking forward to the dev fleshing the game out properly and doing it's potential justice. DISCLAIMER: if having bugs pop up in your game, or not having features that are still under development will bother you, wait until the dev adds more patches before you try it. If the dev follows through, this game will really be worth it.

The bones are already Solid. I have not had any crashes/freezes. It plays well on my PC. The only issues I have had are already being worked on by Devs(listed on Dev roadmap) or reported to them. It is in very early development so don't expect AAA polished complete game at this time. If you understand that and want to help the developers then worth it. If not but are interested wishlist and check back later. Much of the negative reviews and feedback I have seen seem to be people expecting it to be release quality, it's early access and still in development. Many of the bugs in the first weeks reviews have already been patched. The negativity only hurts the games chances of success, because you don't understand what early access/ in development meant. I have been having allot of fun so far and will continue to come back for more.

The 8 hour workday review - Yes i recommend to patient people who are experienced in early access... I do recommend this game if you are willing to go through the development process with the Devs. This game as a whole is not yet ready for the masses to play. I think the amount of bugs will turn people off and cause them to refund within the first 2 hours. However, if you like these types of games and you are experienced with early access titles and your expectations are centered correctly, you will enjoy this game. I like that its not as intense or in depth as Kenshi personally. I feel like you can just jump in a succeed on your first play through. At my current 8 hour time stamp, i have all of the buildings crafted, strong weapons, and have my own industry going with almost 10k gold. I reached the point where i can just focus on questing and explore vs grinding to get established and at the 8 hour mark, i think its reasonable. Improvements, suggestions, issues: -Random items disappearing from crafting or on characters!! -Trade menu needs quick move option -You can accidently sell your items for 0 gold if you don't balance your trade first... -Camera angles and height are too close -Character path finding is pretty bad at times -YOU MUST place your buildings on flat ground or you cant use them -Dropping items sometimes makes them unable to pick back up -Stuttering can be really bad during day/night cycle changes -Item rotate is buggy, should not have to micro this in 2026 -Automation on work, works 1/2 of the time or less - annoying! -Its not clear at all what to do most of the time but it is manageable to figure out -Random characters will lose clothing lol You'll know when you see it There's more but you get the point, its almost ready for EA but not quite and its a long road. If you buy now, you are really an early investor in this title and you should provide your opinions on development. Just keep your expectations in check and you'll enjoy this one.

Dear Devs, Please Fix -Item Dropping from the void -AI running around instead of aiding in combat or hunting -Quick transfer of item feature -Food (Must eat instead of loading a game, Must have experiation in Cooked meat) - Better Shop System inventory - Carry corpse and dropping them (Including hunting) - better crafting system instead of just names, put some category in it - Torches disappear after reload - Torchers Can not be Demolished - Warning System if one traveler is almost getting caught such as wolves or bandits - maybe just maybe add tired system - Always seperate the Inventory, Trade, crafting asthetic - please add archery since arrow is early game access - maybe horses for faster transportation and caravan? Thats all great time, but too buggy, i recommend devs to play game to see different results I had to stop playing till its better

This game is in early access, for sure. But I have to give it so much credit: If you like games like Kenshi, RimWorld, this game has great bones. And as someone who's a huge Kenshi fan, I'm impressed this small dev studio managed to get a kenshi like game on unreal engine... while Lowfi games continues to make us wait indefinitely for Kenshi 2. Now let's talk about the game: 1. The tutorial is a little weird. 2. The game has some bugs. 3. Its definitely early access. BUT: I think this will be a great game. It scratches the squad-based rpg, survival itch I've been looking for and believe it will be a great game with time. Its fun to get in on the ground floor now, on discount. It helps support a developer that's doing good work and I think this game is much needed in the space.
