Yes, it is worth a look BUT and there is a lot of But here Whilst the game has a great premise and is in a good ish position currently, at least enough to not flame it in my opinion, It feels very hollow It feels very far from a good game It is going in the right direction but its not quite on the path yet It is missing key features as of this date, such as the ability to move products around without having to purchase new products to empty on a shelf to let you reorganise The balancing of the customers is wildly wrong, you will either make loads of money because you figure it out or you will struggle, get frustrated and toss the game into the void of not playable - There is not enough low to high customer ratio and no real understanding of what this means. Attracting customers is just not worth it, Spark up one doob, blow it at someone, repeat, over and over, baring in mind that one roll, only serves against one person, not a group, just one. Which is in itself another issue, because there is absolutely 0 indication really of what a customer wants, there are "Stats" when you start doing "Labwork" but its not explained, there is no instruction, nothing, so at the moment its very much guesswork, you can have a 100+ packaged product, and nobody wants it, or you can have a 80 packaged product and everyone wants it, its just a mess right now with zero understanding. Some upgrades seem utterly pointless when it comes to the product you are SUPPOSED to be selling Which is a problem when your shop becomes more about the products around the premise of the game, when your game says Weed, you expect the core sales to come from that, financially, yes it technically is, but currently the game is more about setting up everything around the product, and hoping people will buy the actual product as well. Which brings me to pricing, why would you even have a slider, if realistically, it doesnt actually do all that much, it says about competetors, but if you set it under the competative price, it doesnt sell more, if you increase the price, people just dont buy it, so everything is better just setting and forgetting currently. You can't pay off loans in full if you have the money you have to go through it every single day Growing the product is, well, functional and thats it, you plant seeds, thats it, it grows, you package it, done but the issue is that you have a variety of seeds, and it does nothing beyond give you more quality and more upgrade slots, there is no actual variation really the product packaging is just weak, Reskinned ciggy boxes and what appears to be miniature bins, not really good, servicable but not good, it would be wise to consider alternative packaging where products actually look like products and not dispensary bins. Visual bugs to be expected, nothing unusual there, no complaints its just amusing Missions that you might spend 1500 of your hard earned currency buying the item before the quest comes around, do not complete even though you have the item before the quest has come round I could keep going but it feels unfair to do so, overall there is, infact, a game here But it needs a lot more than it has right now put into it, realistically a lot of these issues should have been at least thought about before EA was given, considering that the discussion thread suggests simple things were missed, just saying. So overall, get it sure, dont expect too much right now, if your after these kinds of games look at some of the others for a little while, it might be really good, it might be terrible, hard to tell in its current state, so it gets a thumbs up because i have put 10h in so far, and will continue, for now.
Not terrible since it is day 1 of release, as far as the weed products go, the pricing for it doesnt do a lot for the store with the pricing being "averaged" the same no matter what the quality of it is so its tough to price it and to actually be able to sell it in your shop. That is the major part of the game that needs to be re-evaluated / re-structured. Has a good base though, just needs a little bit of work.
