This is a lovely game. But if you think having to go to each checkpoint with each character individually is too repetetive (checkpoints being unlocked for all characters would break the games story and progression) DO NOT get this game. Now if you can handle a little backtracking the game (even if the story is a little forgettable) is pretty great and a good experience. I do have to condemn Rain studios for not including the (in my opinion) BEST songs in the soundtrack, but that is just a minor complaint Teslagrad spoilers here I LOVE how luminas part of the story is tangled in solomons visit to the place in the cards of teslagrad 1
This game truly surprised me! I am always on the lookout for great Zelda-likes, but somehow this one escaped me. I ended up playing on the Switch 2, 8 years after its initial release. What an amazing adventure! Very funny dialogue, great world to explore, unique puzzle mechanics in which you control 4 characters but just one at a time and can only switch between them in preselected spots. Also, just when I thought the game was probably close to its end (reached the last chapter), it turned out this was just the beginning of the actual adventure! The last chapter is open world and much bigger than all the other chapters together.
