Overall, this game is something I would recommend but with keeping it in mind that it's a very fast game. You can probably beat the game in about 1-2 hours once you know what to do. I got about almost 3 hours out of it. I will replay to 100% it since there are multiple endings and it's short enough to do that. Story: it's there, it's okay, not the worst but not the best. But, it's 2-3 hours max. Not much you can build in that. Gameplay: It's fine and fun. Game is just long enough with the gameplay to add what is in it. Picture taking: Loved this idea. If the dev decided to make another game similar or a sequel to this, expand on this more. Map: layout is nice and great. The map usage was there and I like it. The ping system is kind of useless, though? So, nice addition but kind of pointless? Puzzles: I would say I enjoyed all of these. There are about a few that I was like, HUH???? The generator and the matching the codes on the PC. The generator, I think it's because I was playing this at 1 am and exhausted and didn't read the paper well. But, the PC, I just couldn't figure that one out. The puzzles were actually quite engaging and the strength of this game. So, expanded combat system and puzzles. Sanity mechanic: Honestly, really cool and nice to have. Very hard to balance and whatnot. Some people hate that stuff, some people love it. For me, I really enjoyed it and found it changed the game in an interesting way. Summary: Overall, go into this knowing it's only a 2-3 hour ride. It's short and sweet. The story is just enough to pull you in. The graphics and gameplay are there and work well. Enemies are readable (♥♥♥♥ spiders, hahaha). Puzzles are great! There are some mechanics that make no sense or why you would use it. But, why not? Doesn't hurt the game. The autosave and manual save thing is weird. Multiple endings and the game being so short encourages me to replay it, which I will tomorrow. Pros: -Puzzles - I like the sanity system - hidden rooms through different systems - Multiple endings that are easily reachable and shortness of the game encourages replayability - Graphics are nice and work well to the game - The puzzles are amazing and I loved them! - Random spawn generation of key items. I love this in your game. It's really good. Cons: - Autosave mechanic vs. manual save. Not too sure why we can't just pick the autosave or the manual save when we die. - Two of the puzzles mentioned above really made me scratch my head. [spoiler Also, the puzzle with the decoder to the door is not bad, but more of a an annoying thing. ] - Game is short. I don't mind it. But, most people want a 5$ game to have a bit more too it. I'm pretty okay with it.

It's fun, albeit short experience. Close to 6 hours to get all the achievements. It succeeded at being creepy and scary at times, from start to end. Stimulating enough puzzles and combat although puzzles became a little repetitive by the end. This game nails the atmosphere and it sucked me in quite fast. However falls short with the delivery to the expectations set in the beginning. 4/5, would recommend.

It's a short, creepy, slow, cool little horror FPS that reminded me a lot of System Shock 2...without all the great RPG mechanics and extensive story development and everything that makes that game so amazing. I enjoyed this a lot, but it could really benefit from a writing pass. The notes, logs, and written dialogue were all pretty obviously written by someone whose 1st language was obviously not English. Which is fine, I guess. It's not *bad*, but it's not exactly great, either. Basically it could use the touch of someone whose first language is English and can also write. At the very least, pass all the game's written material through ChatGPT or another system to clean it up. It won't be remotely as good as if a human fixed it, but it'll be better than what it is. This game is easily worth the $8 I paid for it.

Yes! This is the essense of indie survival horror games. Borrows elements from various classics (mainly RE) and delivers! THe puzzles are relatively easy but require deduction which allows for satisfactory "aha" moments. Combat is basic but suits the game.

An absolute underrated gem that flew WAYYYYY under the radar! Bite-sized survival horror done perfectly. Story is The Thing and gameplay is System Shock. If you don't like either, it probably wont be for you. The only complaint I have is that the sanity meter seems arbitrary. The only thing I noticed it doing is if it dips below 50ish you can see door codes and notes that you normally couldn't see and one instance where you had to have 90 or over to see a lore note. I'm assuming you die if the sanity meter reaches 0 but there is no way you'll reach 0 considering the game spams supplies throughout the 4-5 hour runtime. So even though its a true survival horror game, it's way more puzzle-based than resource management, which I think it works in the games favor. Really enjoyed my time with this one!
