Lovely game. Very personal, creative, and hand-crafted, with a hipster psychedelic flair. It may come across as quite strange and surreal at first, but it doesn't take too long until things begin to make sense and feel natural. A fun adventure for pretty much any age. If you're somebody who takes their time with games, like me, it should take around 15 hours, give or take, to complete it. Have some patience with some of the puzzles, as some things take a while to fall into place.
Delightfully quirky but approachable lifesim/adventure game. The writing screams personality and the game length feels just about right for the amount of mechanics and systems. Pick the game up if you want to play something that feels like it came from a simpler, more optimistic time.
This is one of THE games of all time to me. I come back to it every once in a while and just do another run-through of it because it just feels so refreshing. I love how the dev has talked about his experience being a gas station attendant influencing his writing, because it's just really cool how much humanity he gives all the weird little mons by offering only snippets of familiar conversation. It feels so beautiful. Live in a community. Do people favors. Every day is all there is...Also it feels crazy good to use items and upgrades to get frankly ridiculous amounts of Whispers <3
