I really loved this game brilliant story, awesome characters, Pollon and Momo are both awesome and the game has some very interesting puzzle solving with a fantastic soundtrack. Just overall an excellent game and very different, one of my favorites I enjoyed the ending too. 10/10 :)

Deep dive into the future Hard Sci-fi that is easy to read but can get busy with the amount of events. The story is fun and it moves at a very fast speed compared to other SciAdv tiles. The characters are relatable but unfortunately we don't get the complexity or in-depth backstory like in STEINS;GATE. Also the production values are good, there are a lot of backgrounds and animations that make you feel like this world is alive. The game has both English and Japanese voices overs. The downside is that the full price is a bit much. I got it on deep sale and I don't regret it. What I like about this game is that it does something different and I was thinking about the game after I finished it. Recommended

Enjoyed this a lot, this is a worthy entry to the SciAdv series. I think the other reviewers are being too harsh. But i do get their points. Pros : + Art and animation are top notch. I have played many VNs and this is probably the best in animation. Just run it on auto and it looks like anime. The characters move their bodies while talking. + Music is very good. I'm a big fan of composer TakeshiAbo at this point. Very good. + Story is good, but not without some problems. No branching stories this time but i imagine it would make it easier for them to adapt into anime. Would make a good anime. + I played this with Japanese VA and it's very good. A big fan of Sugita Tomokazu. Cannot comment on English VA. + Length is nice, dev respects consumers' time. Just lacking some screen time for other characters. Cons : - The problem with the story is some plot holes at the end, some unexplained things. - Got many interesting characters like Cross and Wind with his Virtual GF but not enough screen time for them. I hope dev make spin off with more time for the other characters. - MC is not very interesting, just your average goody two shoes template. Considering that we spend most time with him, it is kinda decreasing the experience. I hope dev continue to get creative and make good VNs. Thank you dev !!!

This was pretty fun. Sci;Adv goodnes....with a very weak cast. The game's pacing is hella fast, but it sacrifices the cast to do so. The story itself is good, but Sci;Adv also has casts i usually rank very high in my all time favs. That wasn't the case here. If it was...It would've probably landed on top of the Sci;Adv list. Still, Fun And the hints for the series future there. Delic. 8/10

I have somewhat mixed feelings about ANONYMOUS;CODE. On the one hand, it has everything you'd expect from a Science Adventure title: an excellent soundtrack, outstanding voice acting, and a deep, twisty plot. That's why I'm still giving this a thumbs-up. On the other hand, however, what probably makes this my least favourite main instalment in the series so far is the very thing that many people praise about it: the breakneck pacing. You see, A;C is very action-packed and very fast. It essentially skips over all the slice-of-life scenes you usually get in VNs like this in favour of moving on to the next crisis. That makes this story feel like a thrill ride, for sure, but it also has the unfortunate side effect of making the plot more important than the characters themselves. Outside of main characters Pollon and Momo, most cast members in this game are fairly flat and static; they don't get much, if any, character development. That's fine for quite a few people, I'm sure, but I personally consider characters to be more important than plot - I'm okay with a mediocre plot that has excellent characters, but an excellent plot with mediocre characters usually leaves me unsatisfied. I'm not saying that A;C's characters are worthless - again, I do recommend the game - but I expected more from a Science Adventure VN. If you don't really mind this issue, if you're looking for a cyberpunk thriller involving hacking, brain-machine interfaces, Earth simulators, and more, then you're guaranteed to have a great time here - although I do think you should at least have read STEINS;GATE first if you want to get the most out of the plot. If, like me, however, you're mostly looking for a well-fleshed-out cast of characters to spend time with, you may want to wait until you can get this game on a discount.
