I enjoy the interaction between the player and the protagonist, the sci-fi themes the game confronts you with and the implications for our own lives in the real world. The characters are likeable but not too complex which is fine as the subject of the narrative is complex enough to make up for it. My only two complaints are that it is never explained why the cover girl is in a cat suit at the start and I wish it was addressed as banter at some point and that the true ending feels like wish fulfilment despite being a cool idea. The normal ending feels painfully real in a way that makes every moment of struggle throughout the story feel worth it whilst the true ending basically erases the development of all characters just so that everyone can be happy as everything literally goes perfectly.
I don't understand why this entry is getting so much hate While some things felt rushed towards the ending, I still enjoyed every second The mechanics are a vast improvement compared to every previous entry I won't say more, but it was every bit as Sci;Adv as I wanted it to be. If you are a fan of this series, just read it.
