I don't understand why this entry is getting so much hate While some things felt rushed towards the ending, I still enjoyed every second The mechanics are a vast improvement compared to every previous entry I won't say more, but it was every bit as Sci;Adv as I wanted it to be. If you are a fan of this series, just read it.
In my opinion , this game is: - A really good SciADV game. Playing it before completing all the previous main entries might give a bad impression or lead to a misunderstanding of the implications. - A bit overpriced; it should have been maybe $30–40. - "Short" to complete. But is that a bad thing for this game? This length is appropriate for the lore and mechanics that the game introduces. Nevertheless, when you consider the current price, I can understand why people are saying this. If you have completed all the other SciADV games, buy this one at a discount if you want and play it. Form your own opinion.
A brilliant entry into the Sci;Adv series, as with the other entries in the series there's some amazing mysteries to be unravelled in this title, as well as wrapping up some questions from the previous games. The mechanic that progresses the story is super unique, I wasn't expecting it at all, probably the most 'meta' of all the games. Characters are very likeable, I just wish we had some more time with them. My only complaint is that this is one of the shorter Visual Novels of the series, with there only being two endings, the Standard ending and True Ending, I would have loved to have more fleshed out routes that end in different ways, expanding on the concept. Would still recommend for a great time.
