Another great game from Spiderweb Software. The Avernum games are always fantastic dungeon crawlers.

Another great game from Spiderweb! I will say this is the weakest in the original trilogy but i had fun with it. Laughed alot at some clever writing as well. Overall this was a solid end for the trilogy that leads to many possible stories to explore in the next trilogy.

Having played the Avernum games on and off for almost 20yrs I always find myself enthralled by the world development and progression from each game to the next. I may go a year or two between playthroughs but it always draws be back. fun little games to sit back and enjoy. Avernum 3: RW was, has been, and is a pleasure to play and just freely roam the world, excellent for those who love to role-play their game characters. Can't wait to see the remake of Avernum 4: Greed and Glory when it gt's released later this year. Josh

I spent 66.7 hours playing on the easiest setting. I didn't complete many of the secondary quests and didn't explore many areas. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the main plot and had a great time. Both "Escape from the Pit", and "Chrystal Souls" are games I have played and enjoyed. I am eagerly awaiting the remake of Avernum 4 which I will also play. Well done!

I first played Exile 3: Ruined World about 20 years ago and while Avernum 3: Ruined World is great Exile 3 is just better in my opinion. Exile 3 seemed to have way more spells, weapons and character customization. Playing Avernum 3 I felt like a lot was missing compared to Exile 3 or even the original version of Avernum 3. With all that said its still a great game and the easiest way to play Exile 3.
