This game is truly an underrated gem I only discovered from one of my friends, and I’m gonna take my time to review it in more details and it’s my first time doing a long review and I hope the devs may check it out. - I honestly like the story of this trilogy since I paused the game and played the two games before it (Bad 2 Bad Delta and then Bad 2 Bad Extinction) and the third one is by far the best one in all aspects, in story and gameplay. I cannot spoil the story but it’s a story I recommend others to see it themselves. - The gameplay is where I have few criticisms in it. But it’s not that big of a deal since the game is still rewarding and all of that. • Basically the grinding is what many folks that tried the game complained about but it’s actually the opposite for me. My issue isn’t the grinding but rather the storage space and the fact that your inventory is just one inventory and not an inventory per character, you could use each character’s inventory slots instead of them being just there and available for you to play with them. • My biggest criticism about the gameplay is the challenges medals. It’s seems from what I gathered is that it’s only limited to 72 medals, You can’t upgrade everything nor can buy all items in the shop that requires medals, even you can’t craft the weapons that required those medals so you have to spend your medals wisely (Not gonna say what kind of weapons or upgrades or items at all since I prefer not to spoil which I already feel like I did already just saying something you can take). • One issue as well is the Extermination Missions (the wave rounds) is that it feels not as rewarding as it is from the first time, and also there should be more higher difficulty levels as well as an unlimited wave rounds as well to see how long you can last. - For the gameplay fixes in my opinion are pretty simple for all the criticisms I had and those are my ideas on how to make it better experience. • for inventory slots I highly recommend doing what I mentioned earlier and also make all items that you collected being 99 maximum in each slot, not some items being limited to 9 per slot which it really tires me with it all. • For the medals I highly recommend to add daily challenges and World missions and weekly as well for higher difficulty challenges and missions that gives you more, so that you can gain more medal rewards and also you feel rewarded that you can upgrade all items that requires the medals and also buy all items in the medal shop and craft all the weapons that required the medals as well. • for the Extermination Missions they should be also daily missions as well like the other two and also rewards you with medals if you reach a wave that has a boss battle being last wave (wave 30 or 50 or even less waves for easier difficulties). - Overall I really like the game and it is easily one of my favorite indie games that I played and the story is gonna stuck with me as well for how much I liked this game’s story. And honestly I would love to see what happens afterwards (Can’t say anything because I don’t want to spoil the ending but I really love the ending) and if you devs saw this review I want to thank you all for making this beautiful game with its amazing story and the gameplay that I love, despite its flaws and all of that. And I hope you would take my suggestions if you liked it and make these few changes if you believe that it’s good suggestions of course. - Side note: if you’re making a new game I want Snow to be part of the main characters because she’s my favorite character even tho she’s just a new character with no story at all (if you’re still want to continue this franchise of course since I feel like there’s a lot of things you guys could do). I’ll be looking forward to more games you might be developing because I’m really interested in your stories since I’m trying other few games that you made before on mobile. And again, Thank you for this beautiful experience. And I want to shoutout to my friend who told me about this game and gave me this beautiful experience.

This game is actually a lot of fun. It kinda reminds me of Fallout for some reason, not in terms of aesthetics or anything, but in terms of gameplay. The gameplay loop is fun, even 24 hours in. (Still playing it, still trying to beat it.) I do love how expansive the map is, I love how difficult the game can be sometimes. It's not all that hand holdy and after a while you do have to actually learn new ways of playing this game in order to progress. Moreso what types of weapons characters specialize in, what kind of ammo to use ETC... Think of it as Korean Fallout 3 but from the top down and not from the first person. So, I only have a few things to say about this game that are fairly negative, but honestly I think that this game is worth giving a shot either way. I've been basically playing this game with "common ammo" you don't REALLY need to use the other ammo types. However, the GLARING ISSUES are this: 1. Bad2Bad Apocalypse is a sequel to not one but TWO other games in a trilogy (quite possibly more)........... THIS IS THE ONLY ONE ON STEAM, THE OTHER ONES ARE MOBILE GAMES. [This was something I was unaware of until literally 10 minutes before writing this review, which is what prompted me to write this in the first place.] This especially makes sense considering the Steam Trading Cards and Steam Wallpapers feature art and references to the previous games in the series. (Also the game references back to them) [SERIOUSLY really wish they weren't mobile exclusive, cause I don't typically play mobile games.] 2. Even though the gameplay loop is really fun, after a while it can become extremely stale because lvl 7 enemies are bullet sponges, even when you have high damage and high spec'd weapons. 3. Somehow, I'm getting some significant frame dips in this game [SOMEHOW] I don't know if this is a Unity problem or what? [Specs: 32 GB DDR4 RAM, RTX 3060 TI, Ryzen 5 3600x 3.4 GHz CPU, installed on a Samsung Evo NVMe] 4. Do not get the DLC unless you wanna support the devs, it's really not worth it and is debatably pay 2 win. Overall, not a bad game, it really isn't........ but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I really wish Bad2Bad: Delta and Bad2Bad: Extinction were on Steam, I would give them a shot. All in all, I don't really have too many complaints

It’s a fun and addictive game but after 20 hours or so, the enemies take longer to kill. I haven’t been playing this game since early Nov 2024 and I didn't bother after. They haven’t released any more updates since Dec 11 of 2024. I wish the company nerfed the enemies to make it easier and less harder to kill. What I mean is, is the balance issue in the later game. You get everything for that price with no Pay to win contents and no ads. I still give this game a thumbs up for fun and addictive but they need to fix the balance issue. But I lost interest after it seemed they abandoned the PC port and kept the mobile up to date. It could be worth over there but beware of Pay to win and ads. The game is worth over 100s of hours of content.

Okayish, 7/10. Echoing other reviewers, it becomes extremely repetitive and grindy at some point...
