Premise A mildly unsettling yet addictive horror-themed mystery experience that can be fully completed in just 2.2 hours. The story revolves around uncovering the truth behind a sudden, mysterious, and untimely death, allegedly caused by a strange game rumored to kill its players if they make the wrong choices and reach a bad ending. Investigation and Decisions The primary objective is to uncover the supernatural truth while identifying the identity and nature of a shadowy, mysterious entity through both in-game and real-world investigations. Critical decisions determine the outcome, and bad endings are triggered after making two incorrect choices in the cursed game. Additional non-canonical endings result from mistakes made during real-world interactions, such as abandoning the investigation out of fear and cold feet. Atmosphere and Soundtrack A suspenseful soundtrack reinforces the eerie, haunting atmosphere. It builds tension and keeps a sense of unease. The music creates a sustained sense of nervousness, dread, and restlessness throughout the investigation. True Ending The true ending successfully resolves the central mysteries while providing a satisfying, uplifting conclusion for the protagonist, making the journey feel worthwhile.
okay the plot actually goes HARDDD, they did the villain of the story well even though the main motivation. the game will basically try to kill you, and you need to not makes mistakes in order to reach the one and only good ending in the game (aka the true end). the mc doesn't have a character sprite for some reason which kinda confused me at first but you're playing as a highschooler dude, where the ONLY time you'll ever see the mc is at the true end. such a sweet ending ngl it has it's bad and good sides at the same time ANDDD I DIDN'T EXPECT THE GAME TO HAVE VOICE ACTING TOO which shows that it's super well made. I just kinda hope that the character sprites have more variations but I understand since it was released in 2015. I was surprised by how modern the UI is compared to other VN's out there. I personally believe it's still worth to play >o<
