Title: Batman The Telltale Series (The Enemy Within*) * The review for Batman The Telltale Series and Batman The Enemy Within will be merged into one overall/nearly identical review due to the fact the story is a direct continuation of one another. Similar to my Walking Dead review. Summary: Superhero story telling game(s) Personal notes: Batman The Telltale Series and The Enemy Within together make a 10 episode series revolving around the Dark Knight himself. Play as Bruce Wayne, also known as Batman, on his mission to save Gotham City. Thus leading to facing various classic Batman villains, with the Telltale twist. This unique adaptation of Batman honestly had me intrigued throughout the whole thing. I really enjoyed the new takes on old characters and thought that overall the story was well done. I think that exploring both Bruce Wayne's side of the story alongside Batman's instead of just one or another really helped overall. The graphics and sound design are also well done, as I have felt with most Telltale games. I did experience a few freezes throughout my play-through and one hard crash but nothing too crazy. I was also not a big fan of the episode selection, but that's just personal preference. Achievement wise these two games are really easy as all the achievements are unmissable, you just have to play all 10 episodes. Overall both of these games are a very interesting and unique take(s) on the superhero Batman. I would highly recommend to any Batman or Telltale fan alike. I will also recommend that you play both if you want a more complete story. This game haunts my soul. Many Telltale players say the Batman Series is the worst but together with The Enemy with it, it is my favorite. Never have my choices haunted me so much. Even years later.. I still remember this one fondly and tragically.
