Haha it's me, UPS. I knocked on your door but you weren't in, so I ran away with your parcel after taking a picture. You didn't get it? I definitely left it ;). It's got it's negatives of course, but I'm actually enjoying it. Having my own drivers and vehicles to do deliveries and doing the fast shipping myself, It's fun. the damage system is fickle and I'm not sure how the fuel consumption is calculated but outside of that it's perfectly fine, the first car is fun, acts like a 3 wheeler. Edit: So a few issues I've come across so far, take it with a pinch of salt as it's early access. Every vehicle except the Truck can knock down npcs without taking damage. The truck takes damage hitting walking npcs. Vehicles don't indicate, they make sudden turns, causing great damage to your vehicle. Got the Truck, first delivery, it desync'd or something, couldn't get in via the door, and rear wouldn't open up to do deliveries. This hasn't happened again, but I'm sure it will. That's all I can remember off the top of my head, other weird quirks are definitely there, if I remember I'll edit again. please note this isn't criticism. It's purely what I've experienced and I still enjoy the game. Just hoping to shed light on some of the issues so they can be addressed if not already.

I recently got my first “high-end” PC, so I started browsing steam. I felt like a kid in a candystore. I was looking for a game which I could play when my friends were not online. I started playing this game while my friends were having dinner. I ended up playing all night and streaming it on Discord for my friends. I don’t know it it’s the feeling of freedom I previously didn’t have on my Playstation. Now that I could play smaller games as well. This game is super fun. It’s easy to learn and in contrast to what other people are saying, there are not a lot of “big issues” with this game. -The driving gets better when you buy better tier vehicles. -The town is not super detailed, but it’s easy to nevigate. -There is a unstuck button for cars. You can even teleport them back to you shop. -When you progress further through the game you are met with different logistical challenges, which is fun. -Shelf sorting has filter which you can use to automate sorting by you carriers. -There is shop customization -Packing items in uneventful I must admit, but after 15 minutes of gameplay you have cashiers who take away this gameplay aspect. I am almost through this game and had such a blast. Between all the standard big title games I genuinely hope someone finds it after me and had a lot of fun with it. Carriers are aggravating though. (Quick tip: If you have supply’s on cargo shelves, the pickup company will have trouble picking stuff up from you shelves).

I have been enjoying the game after playing for the past couple of days a few things needs to be looked into and a few suggestions for the devs! Things that need to be looked into: -Traffic: The traffic seems to use the left lane to turn right and the right lane to turn left. -Road Markings: Some roads display turn markings at intersections on both sides of the road for 1 direction meaning the opposite flow of traffic can use our lanes to turn. -AI Traffic to be updated: I have seen AI traffic horrifyingly drive on the roads and dont even stop at red lights along with a traffic jam at an intersection due to a turning car driving head on with another AI car. Suggestions: -Pickers to be able to pack cargo into vehicle. -Better driving physics such as turning to be more ranged rather than instant turning. -Fuel to last a little longer or the option to turn it completely off. -More furniture so we can have a variety of different counters ect. If anything else comes to mind I will update this review. Hope the devs look into these things as I am enjoying the game and would love to see a bright future for it!

I've been playing Cargo Simulator during its beta phase, and I have to say—I'm seriously impressed. Even in its current state, this game has managed to capture my attention and keep me coming back for more. What really stands out is the satisfying gameplay loop. There's something genuinely relaxing (and oddly addictive) about planning your routes, managing your cargo, and watching your fleet grow over time. The developers have clearly put a lot of thought into the mechanics, and it shows. There's a great balance between strategy, simulation, and just plain fun. Visually, the game looks great for a beta. The environments are detailed enough to feel immersive, and the UI is clean and easy to navigate. I’ve only encountered a few minor bugs here and there, but that’s to be expected—and honestly, nothing game-breaking. In fact, I’ve seen regular updates, which gives me confidence that the team is actively listening to feedback and working hard to improve the experience. There’s still room to grow, of course, but that’s part of the excitement. You can already tell that Cargo Simulator has a strong foundation, and if the devs keep this up, it could easily become one of the best in the genre. Highly recommend giving it a try—even in beta. It’s already a blast to play, and I can’t wait to see where it goes next. Rating (Beta): 8.5/10 – and climbing!
