It's a Max Payne clone except it discourages you to play it like one. The enemies are too tanky and the slow mo doesn't really help you dodge their bullets, so playing it like a peekaboo cover shooter is more viable. The graphics look alright for its time but the shadows were buggy. There are bosses that kill you in five hits and you need to headshot them 50 times or you can just keep shooting their legs while they're taking cover. The game is dumb asf but it was alright.

An OK third person shooter in the vein of Max Payne. I played it when it came out but didn't like it very much, and now I played it again and must say it was better than I initially thought at its time. The the scenarios are surprisingly rich and detailed, the gameplay is satisfying and the its techno soundtrack really puts you in the mood for some adrenalinic shooting. It's not very long, but the level of challenge (at least in normal mode) is really balanced; some bosses are really fun! It certainly doesn't have the narrative richness of something like Max Payne, but you'll get some shooting fun for sure!

this game is basically Max Payne loaded with jank, dumb as bricks AI and super tanky bosses... and yet it's still kinda fun in a way if you can finish in an afternoon and forget this thing existed afterwards buy it on sale for under $1

Run, boom boom boom, 3 cartel members go down, run to the next room, turn on slo-mo, boooooom boooooom boooooom, 3 more cartel members go down.... rinse and repeat :) Absolutely linear experience with depth of a flash game (remember flash games? danm Im gettin old...), but it doesn't try to pretend to be someting more than it really is and I respect that :) The game is surprisingly good on a technical level - great (for the time) environment assets, enemies are somewhat competent and move a lot, some objects can be destroyed or at least knocked off the table, glass breaks in pretty fancy way and there is even cloth physics in few places! I would never expect it from a simple game like this! Nice :) Overall I think this was more reasonable use of my time than scrolling through yt shorts :D
