It's fun and has a lot of potential, but after being one-shotted yet again by another max-level player on the lowest level map...I'm just tired.

Review update after a 153.4 hours. Dying is a part of the game. Think of Dark Souls punishment. The hit boxes are tight with fluid fighting and you just keep coming back for more to make your characters have epic gear and juicy loot to make your lodge awesome for crafting better equipment. The quest objectives are fun as well, and it can be quite the grind but it keeps it fresh. So far I like the feature in the game that allows you to buy your gear back after you die I just wish that the time period wasn't so long in order to get your gear back. All the new added features are a bonus too! I've enjoyed playing it so much that I bought the Legacy: Steel & Sorcery - God Tier Supporter Pack and Legacy: Steel & Sorcery - Founder's Supporter Pack to support the development. Keep up the good work looking forward to the future of this game. If you're looking to try out this game don't let the negative reviews stop you from trying it. You have 2 hrs to see if you like it before you can return it. So give it a try what do you have to lose. This local hosting feature would support both offline play and a robust PvE mode, ensuring that even if the online population dwindles, players can still dive into the game without being stalled by long wait times. Excessive delays in matchmaking are a major factor in eroding a community's enthusiasm, as they hinder players' ability to consistently engage and progress their character development. By incorporating this flexibility, you not only keep the game accessible and enjoyable but also create a foundation to continue evolving and expanding its development, prolonging its relevance and lifespan in the long run."

Amazing, fluid combat. Stun lock is ONLY a truly possible thing when you're completely out of stamina. Don't let the complainers confuse you. Any dodge frees you from stagger. This game is leaps and bounds ahead of Dark & Darker and Dungeonbourne. VERY FUN.

Game is pretty dope, I am an old head who started playing fantasy MMOs in the days of Ultima Online. Full loot pvp for me was the way to go, but I fully understand that full loot pvp does not work with today's gamers because most of them find it hard to recover when they have a tough death. This game right here is the closest things to my Ultima Online days which I pretty much compare every fantasy PvPing game to and it has not disappointed one bit.

Ignore the negative reviews that popped up within 30 minutes of the games launch. The devs have been communicative and amazing. Servers were fixed with ZERO issues within two hours. The audio bug was identified and issued a hotfix, twice, with the second one fixing it completely. As far as the game goes, tons of fun. Awesome graphics and engaging extraction gameplay. Still digging into the classes to learn the ins and outs, but so far, the most fun I’ve had in an extraction game, period.
