I started playing on Friday night, hyperfocused like crazy, played the game whole weekend without doing anything else with 4 hours of sleeping per day and 15 minutes ago I've just beaten A10 with ironclad. There aren't many things in life bringing this much satisfaction. I want to brag about it, I want to knock on the door of my neighbor at 4AM to tell them I just beat A10 with ironclad.

You know it is a good game when the Master audio settings defaults to 50% when you start it. 10/10

I already love this game Everything about the first is improved upon 10 fold, more characters, actual lore, story progression making more unlocks having runs be more satisfying, more music, all new enemies bosses and events, all of which include multiplayer with 4 friends. By the way did i mention its the same price as the first game? Even though it has way more content and a beautiful new art style with flowing animations? and its only in early access as they plan to add even MORE content to this game, which isnt paid dlc btw, which is hardly seen in the industry nowadays. Most developers would have released this game not nearly as clean last year, and charged 15 for dollars for the new acts and multiplayer dlc. Do yourself a favor and give this a shot, i promise you wont regret it. Megacrit loves there game as clearly seen which how much they put into it, and im sure you will too. I wish I called out of work so I could play more, good luck slaying thy spire my fellow soldiers.

Imagine if Slay The Spire had better art, more animations, and more content. Now add new systems to make each run different and unlocking things more fun. In some ways, it feels more polished than the first Slay The Spire, even if this is in early access.
