I am glad to have played this game because of its theme of procrastination that explores how work can clash with personal goals and friendships. Its story is also a social commentary about AI being forced as a solution by a greedy corporation to reduce costs at the expense of their employees to show how it can affect the livelihoods of people.

I'll be honest, strictly as a game, Endless Monday isn't amazing, It has a lot of small issues. It has little content. The story is a little simple, basic even. Navigating the narrative can be quite confusing. Playability especially is quite bad. There's a more or less short delay on nearly everything. Scene transitions are frequent and each take 2 seconds, and you have to move around quite a lot. After ending a dialogue, it takes a second to get back to action selection, and it also take a bit to even skip dialogue. Speaking of, there is no option to skip *unread* texts only. The Saves interface is clunky. Etc. But the game's still great. It's a story about the adversity between work and working individuals. About soulless corporations draining the motivation out of their employees. And - although it wasn't a reality at the time - about corporations using AI to steal creative folks' ideas to monetize and monopolies them. All these themes are so important. This game is important. It's cool stuff. Also the artstyle is absolutely fantastic man. These character designs are gorgeous. EDIT: The Extra Chapter is very nice, is more straightforward and has less tedium than the base game, and the final message is a lot more optimistic. I liked it better than the base game. But man it is a TRAVESTY Skye won't talk to me anymore. Just because I refused to lie to her and tell her the game she made was great! It sucked! But I will support her and help her get there! Or I would if I could! Game's promoting toxic positivity I stg

I had a great time with this! it's a short visual novel that's simultaneously really charming and funny, and really inspirational. The story is mostly low stakes and full of funny endings, kind of reminding me of nier automata, but also has a relatively serious commentary about the impact of Generative AI. The art is fantastic and I find all of the characters to be lovable. Even the villain, by the end. Also, it's full of cute girls. It would be remiss of me not to mention it.

Excellent artwork, chill af music, and a very engaging and light-hearted plot tied together by surprisingly relatable characters with even more surprisingly inspirational and uplifting dialogue, and to top it off, it delivers a beautifully simple message on the dangers of A.I. in today's society. Very Underrated, buy now and support the developer/artist.
