Air fryer propaganda disguised as a funny little visual novel about being a corporate wage-slave in an uncaring world, and maintaining your sense of self in spite of it all. I recommended the game back in its original release, but now there's twice as much story to enjoy after the content update, so if you're a fan of visual novels with cute characters and something to say, I'd recommend this one! work is da poop, as they say.
Definitely one of the most charming VN's game i've played in 2026. We can feel the artist's collective passion and efforts in the story, design, and humor. Need more stories like these themed around work life that tackles reality issues while keeping it light and fun as we're all just gonna keep growing older. The kind of story you don’t mind replaying again just to get all the achievements. Mrs. Whiskey is such a good companion to Penny, good to know she has her all the way lol.
I've followed Hcnone's artwork for years, well before this game came out. They have always had an incredibly charming artstyle and great character design. I finally had a chance to play through their game and was not disappointed. This game oozes charm and is almost impossible to not want to 100%. Its simple, incredibly funny, and has deceptively solid writing. While lots of aspects of the game are nonsensical or fantasy, there is an underlying themes of humanity, the push against AI and what it is to persue a creative career in the modern day. This rang true in 2023 when this released but is even more relevant now. This game was deeply personal for me. When this game realeased I was in my second semester of animation school. Coming off the Covid animation bubble where there was not a lot of work and nervous about the emergence of AI. Now in 2026, A year after graduating I have no real shot at getting a job in animation, the job market is worse than ever and AI is now a titan and seeping into everything like a rot. Playing this game, watching Skye, Penny and Whiskey fight to make it as creatives. Watching the good ending of this game. Watching Hcnone have great success in this project. It definitely gave me some hope. I haven't given up, and I dont think I could ever stop creating. Playing this game combined with seeing Hcnones success really inspires me to keep trying. To anyone reading this. Buy this game, play this game. Hcnone if you are reading this, thank you for this game and I cant wait for the next one <:
