Lots of fun with some unique elements. I wasn't sure about the art style at first but it grew on me quick. Everything is so colourful and fun, lots of decor items too. The dialog is funny and quirky. The only thing that I don't like is the RNG to get some late game items for museum and achieves but not a big deal for me. And this last patch introduced some items to help with some of these. I love that we don't have to gift everyone to increase friendships, we just do quests for them for money and discover their stories in other ways. I recommend this game a lot. It's great, I enjoyed it a lot and plan to try out the new patch.

Its a cute slice of life game which takes inspiration from both card games and farming sims. There is basically no tutorial which is fine but this game is probably not recommended for people who have never played farm sims before. The learning curve can be rather steep. There is also no quest tracking which can make finding NPCS or quests hand ins difficult. Controllers adaptability 5/10 :controller usage ( can be difficult to move items between inventories as well as collect items like Lilly pads which are diagonal and the map is terrible to use. ) The span of time for a day to finish is VERY short I suggest base game be at 150% ( although it can be modified in the settings) Fishing 5/10 The fishing mini game can be toggled off. I am still using it however I find it unfair in some aspects even if they are lined up if they are slightly left or right then the fishing lure falls off the map. It would be better for players to be able to choose to tilt the lure left or right after the spins have been completed. 10/10 for variety for item collection there is much to see and discover as far as I am concerned. There is also a very cute animal rescue ongoing side quest. Dungeon 6/10 It is procedural as such it is hit and miss. I find the portals inside to take you home are either too close or missing completely when needed. The enemies do not drop anything and there is no experience so defeating them is just an annoyance. ART 10/10 There are some cute cut scenes and the art is very lovely to look at, it sticks out in its design and its one of the games stronger points. Bag Space 2/10: the only way to get extra bag space is via the pet upgrade system and having auto bots. You can cheat this by using the fish item vendor who sells you the items you leave on the ground but I find the amount of time given per day verses having to run back every five mins to empty your back pack to be one of the most if the THE MOST annoying part of the game. I have seen screenshots of the completed bag sizes and the space isnt that great. Over it has some strong points to it and is worth looking at, Excellent art, some cute side quests and a lot of items I just feel a lot of the technical aspects are very hit and miss. Go in to the game with some patience.

Looks like a cheap clone but actually has innovation in the genre. Plays amazing. Foraging is turned up to 11. The mine has a cool unique feel. Your pet matters. The permanent upgrades are all relevant. The story is funny and PERFECTLY FITS the style and execution of the game. The events/minigames are short and sweet and rewarding, the cooking, the simulator, even the dumb song thing works. The economy with mushrooms and trees and fairies (you'll see) all shine. Great mechanics that make sense together. The farming and item pacing is great. Yeah, some of the usual failings of these types of games (walking simulator to turn in fetchquests, RNG for completionists) but overall a diamond in the rough. There are good mods to increase inventory and movespeed which goes a LOOOONG way.

Keeps the core idea of your typical Farming simulator game (Going so far as to make fun of the Big Three Stardew/Harvest/Animal). What it does however is put it's own unique spin onto the genre to make it extremely unique from it's competitors. Just off the top of my head that i can recall: [*] Much more casual/relaxed (No stamina system + Shops are always open Shops have a larger open window + No tool durability) [*] Very unique spins on typical mechanics (Fishing pachinko + pet farming + card/skill acquiring) [*] Art direction/style (Simple but with many customizations especially for furniture) [*] Comprehensive dungeon/rpg system [*] Split screen coop (I haven't seen this in a long time!) [*] Interesting premise with a vague campaign/story/quest to follow The only gripe that comes to mind is the lack of explanations when starting the game for the first time (Besides the basic go here, do this, learn that quests). Specifically, the lack of explanations for the control leaves a lot of guesswork to the player. For the most part it was intuitive but i can see this becoming a bit of an issue for people not familiar with the genre. I do hope the game get's more exposure and sales. Just playing the demo for a single day was enough to convince me to make a purchase.

I'm a sucker for farming games, and this is a good one! The art is great with unique looking characters. There are several things, including no stamina and a very helpful pet, that set this apart from other farming games. I also really dig the no rush vibe and all of the funny dialogue!
