I really like how Follow the Meaning feels like stepping into someone else’s strange dream. At the beginning, nothing is fully clear, but if you pay attention, the story slowly starts to make sense. In the game, you play as a detective. He arrives at a small island town that is separated by a big wall. Something strange is happening there, and a mysterious hospital seems to be involved in erasing people’s memories. The gameplay is simple point-and-click. You explore different places, click on objects, talk to people, and slowly find clues. The puzzles are a mix of logic and more unusual thinking, so you need to carefully look at everything on the screen. Overall, I would recommend this game to anyone who likes short puzzle games with a strange dreamlike story, nice atmosphere, and simple but interesting puzzles.

this is the first game i've played by Second Maze, and i was thoroughly impressed. the story is fun, the art style is cool, and the puzzles aren't too hard or too easy. looking forward to checking out other games by Second Maze!

Very strange game which works great with the touch screen on the Steam deck. The artwork is really simple but effective and I felt like the length of the game was perfect. Very good!

I loooooved this game. When I was a kid, I had these "play through the storybook" video games from popular children's book series like Arthur and Sheila Rae the Brave. For me, this game was a sweet echo of those times, very nostalgic, easy to play, silly but still interesting puzzles. I love the cozy, handdrawn, surreal feel of this game and recommend it highly to those who feel drawn to this. Enjoy :)
