Whenever I went to buy this game, I was put off by the mixed reviews. I finally caved in May after seeing 40% off, bugs be damned. I have 100% the game in 27 hours and I did not experience any game breaking bugs or glitches like the ones you will read about in these reviews. I did experience some annoying ones like the screen going black randomly when I entered a specific area, not being able to fill the bus with gas, customers leaving the queue or changing their order after I prepared their original order. All of these could be fixed by saving and restarting the game. Some reviews mention their bus became stuck in the ground and impossible to move and while this never happened to me, there is an 'unstuck' option in the pause menu to reset your position in the event you become glitched so it's not like if you think you're stuck you have to restart your save, there are other things you van try first. The game is incredibly fun. I love driving around and that aspect reminded me of Tiny Terry's Turbo Trip. I loved exploring on foot too, saving up and buying upgrades, finding new ingredients etc. I found the game great and I did let the mixed reviews discourage me for a while but I would say the game is still worth giving a go. Also the devs are apparently super active in the game's discord so if you do need help you can look there.

I'm getting ready to finish the game soon, and I must say I'm excited and sad. This game was a hidden gem I wish I h had found sooner. It is so FUN! Very good cozy game! You get to customize your bus inside and out throughout the game. You gain more ingredients and dishes you can make, plus equipment as you progress. You go to three different islands and fill food request for big story progression missions, as well as smaller missions that might grant an item or some sort of reward. By the end of the game you can make several types of dishes with several different kitchen appliances and utensils. Don't want to give too much detail and spoil anything ;-P The overall story is cute! The game is so ADDICTING! It is steam deck compatible, and I have enjoyed playing it on both my Steam Deck and PC or Laptop. There is so much to do in this game on all three islands, and you are even able to travel back to other islands to finish quest or get supplies that island may have that the next doesn't. You do have to complete the main mission for each island before the next unlocks, but being able to go back is nice. I'm about to finish the game as I said, but because I can go back and I'm a bit of a completionist, I have went back to the first island and am currently finishing anything up that I need to do or collect from each island before I finish the game. This will be a bittersweet ending, as I have been loving this game and have been addicted, but I'm also ready to finish it and see the story conclude. Again, THIS GAME WAS A HIDDEN GEM AND IS HIGHLY UNDERRATED FOR SOMETHING THAT DESERVES MORE HYPE! DON'T THINK, JUST BUY IT! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I don't normally write reviews. But that is probably as a result of not finishing many and I never felt comfortable writing reviews without knowing it from start to finish. That aside, let me tell my story. When I was in college my grandma passed on. I never got a chance to mourn, had to study. As a result, I was never really able to move on fully, it was always bottled up deep inside. She was a baker and all of her family and community in the area she lived knew her as one of the best. Treating life circumstances as problems solved by food. She baked cakes, muffins, brownies, cupcakes, banana bread, casseroles, soups, stir fries, you name it. At first glance this game was just another tycoon, so I just put it off for awhile. When I was bored a few days ago I decided to try it out, I do enjoy a good sim tycoon game. My surprise when I found out what the story was all about. Random coincidence is that my mother's name is also Denise. So it hit me like a truck from the get go. The more I played the more it helped me feel things that I had buried for years. Around every corner was a smile, with a tear to go with it. After finishing the game I let loose more tears than I have in over 2 decades combined. All during a very stressful time in my life. This game has helped give me the mourning time I needed to move on. And while my circumstance is unique, I can recommend this game to anyone needing that release. I feel better. I would like to thank the developers for their creativity and design. I love discovering new ingredients and getting a quote from grandma about each one relating it to life. I loved earning enough money by simply playing the game rather than grinding to get to new areas. I love getting upgrades and the ability to customize my interior for function and fashion. It brought a special smile to my heart when I found out I can make bread and then again when i could make croutons. It's also a nice touch being able to make custom dishes and name them so that customers order the name you gave them. But every review needs some cons or it just sounds like empty praise. It does have a couple noticeable bugs but nothing that was game breaking for me. I only needed to use the unstuck feature once on my truck because I jammed it against a rock on the beach. My computer is on the older side so that might be the reason I had some FPS drops, also did that every time it autosaved. All in all It's a solid game that has helped me with life, not just killed time. TLDR: There are many cozy games out there, but this one is mine. Thanks

I love this game. I played it on my steam deck and it worked great, so definitely verified imo. It's an adorable game where you drive around in your customizable bus and meet fun and cute little characters that are simple but still very charming. Exploring and finding new fruits and vegetables to unlock new ways to prepare them is so much fun. The game is incredibly calming and there is no time limit for anything, you can do everything at your leisure. In my 19hrs of playing I only encountered one small bug. So I was either lucky or the Devs fixed most of the bugs. I highly recommend this game.
