Don't listen to the recent negative reviews. this game is a blast, the story is engaging, the voice acting is impeccable and BY GOD the soundtrack. An expressive mix of original and familiar mechanics, weapons and movement. I'd say something like "IDK what the developer was on when he made this but where can I get some?" but what he was on was PEAK (Titanfall mentioned) and if you want to get some, its HERE. That said, if you're still hesitant to buy it in it's early access state, PLEASE give it a wishlist or join the discord and make a decision on release, because this is one of the most dedicate passion projects I've ever had the pleasure of following along with (all the way since 2020) and its only getting better. Gaben bless this glorious dev team
promising game with really good gameplay loop, balancing is here and there and i expect the game to be a bittt better in that regard upon full release, a bit of jank here and there but nothing too annoying, definitely worth the price on sale update: the open beta fixes a LOT of issues i had with the game, the current state of the game is really good and the fact its a free open beta playtest is awesome, went from a 6/10 game to a decent 8/10 game in terms of fun factor
I bought this game after watching a video about a Bolter mod for the game and I am so glad I did. Ignore Steam's Abandonware warning, this game is actively being worked on. I love how this game gets a good mix have high speed, fast hitting combat, with a distinctly retro art style. As a veteran of movement shooters like Titanfall 2 the movement feels fluid and alive, the gun play is amazing, and I am excited to see where this game goes.
