I’ve played Ghostcase’s previous games, Dread Neighbor and Dread Flats, so I expected the developer’s next game to be another entry in the Dread series. Instead, this game took a completely different direction, and honestly, it was horrifying. There were moments while playing this on stream where I would just sit in silence, questioning every life choice that led me to that moment. The game genuinely got under my skin. The overall tone still carries some of the atmosphere found in the developer’s previous games, but this one feels much more polished. The story is also incredibly sad, disturbing, and filled with some truly WTF moments. I genuinely felt bad for what the characters had to endure throughout the game. The game does an excellent job of creating an unsettling atmosphere and keeping you uncomfortable. I was on edge for most of my playthrough, and the way the story unfolds only made things worse. Overall, this was a fantastic and disturbing horror experience. Great job, dev! I’d give this game a solid 9.5 out of 10 Babies. I enjoyed the game. It focuses more on the story and dread, how a proper horror game should be. Not yawn the player with mind bending puzzles. A short solid horror game. Runs well on steam deck

HARITI Hariti is the latest horror game by Ghostcase which again, is a short spooky game (shorter compared to their previous games) but still sets the gloomy atmosphere very well! The hospital is small and linear and the game heavily tells you where to go... which isn't bad in itself for a short linear horror game. At least you don't go in circles in this game! I found the Hariti demon kinda funny too so thanks devs for the laughs! There is a few chase sequences but nothing truly awful compared to badly made horror games. You play two protagonists in Hariti and the game has only one ending. No technical issues or bugs encountered. Ultrawide monitor support is there! Just like their two previous games, there is a demo so maybe give 'em a try a try if you wish... or straight up just get the bundle and play them all! I think I preferred this one compared to previous games but Dread Flats and Dread Neighbor do have their moments. They each offer different horror themes and I found them kinda good for short horror indie games! Good job Ghostcase and I hope you keep making creepy games!

I think this game is an improvement compared to their second game (Dread Neighbor), The game is shorter but you can tell more work went into it. The 1st and 2nd game are around 2h of gameplay but this one less than 1h30. Still worth it and might be my favorite from the saga (either this one or their 1st game (Dread Flats). I have to admit that I wish they expanded more, made it longer with more variation. I felt like they tried something new, that worked, but were afraid to experiment more and add too much. Honestly I wish they did risk more with this one and made it longer. At the end of the game they did a "lore dump" on the player. I wish they showed it instead of "here is text about what the hell is happening". Their second game felt a little bit recycled (same textures and assets, some not all). But this one is brand new concept, story, location and etc. Great job! It felt like in the shorter span of this game they added all the scares from a longer game hahaha. They were kind of merciless with his one. The theme is interesting and the monster is terryinfly great. I hope they keep at it. Do not skip this game from the series.

Hariti is a game about a spirit who traps children in a nightmare dimension in order to mother.. you play an overworked mother going to retrieve her child. Pros + Great enemy design, creepy + Excellent sound + Chases are fair and don't involve trial and error + Puzzles make sense and a simple + Taking photos and playing as the child gives a fresh perspective + Short but a good length for what it is.. + An uplifting story.. surprisingly Cons - A bit of a boring environment - Some of the scripted segments feel a little janky 8.5/10 Playthrough: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VlMOwdrTFAI
