A short game, i did 3 runs, the first one ended by the half hour with everyone dead, the second one an immortal bear killed everyone no matter how many traps i set or rifles(2) with ammunition(4) i had, i like it better that this war of mine, the gameplay loop is shorted an keeps you busy, gets you into the one more turn mindset. I don't think it has to much gameplay variety to hunt for al achievements
This is a really interesting and compelling game. Very good aesthetic, and story/character writing, and I really enjoy the management mechanic. The challenge is at a good level of difficulty. As I play, I feel like I'm getting to know the little group that I'm trying to keep alive which is making me care about keeping them alive, and making me happy when they start to get on better etc. I'm really enjoying it :) STEAM DECK COMPATIBILITY: Works ok, but the text is very small and you have to use a cursor, which makes it difficult to play unless you attach a mouse.
This game has a lot of potential and it is enjoyable. It's not an easy game, but it is fun to see how 4 totally different persons can group and and try to survive together. I do have a few issues with some of the mechanics: - sometime the random gods are just working against you: everything fine in the night, wake up next morning and character X died - the choices during some conversations don't make much sense (and then cay sometime lead to very negative results all of the sudden)
