At first, I honestly wasn't sure how I'd feel about this game after reading some of the reviews, so I played it safe and decided to wait for it to go on sale. Now, I have 27 hours on this game and absolutely love it! The cards are very cute, it's not overly complex, and it keeps me engaged. More importantly, I feel that every run is different, even when I play on the same difficulty. To be frank, I find myself having more fun playing on the harder difficulties, with the major trade off being that runs take me about 1-2 hours, whether I win or lose. The only negative pieces of feedback I have for this game, are 1: The lack of level variety and creativity and 2: The Game Guide doesn't seem to go into depth about card abilities and their impact. There are general descriptions sure, but it would be nice to have some visuals explaining how each one works with a bit more context. All in all, this game is hands down a gem in my library and I hope they continue to release updates for it with more cards and abilities!

Pretty fun deckbuilder. Battles are pretty unique, which is saying a lot these days. I'm having a good time with it and definitely want to play some more.
